Rude man , what was meant to be an exciting purchase he jist lied to me and made excuses and gave me my deposit back not really how business works

Saw a Toyota Hilux advertised, 2013, £10.995, so I called him, bought it over the phone, transferred him £250 from my bank account and I was to collect 2 days letter. I booked the train from London to Carlisle in advance. He sent me a text massage the evening before to say his son had crashed the hilux and would have to send my money back. Didn't believe him for a minute but said nothing. Waited 3 days, no refund, phoned him, emailed him text him, just got a load of lies. Lie after lie, he said he had sent it back , let me check again , he had to check with his wife, he was boarding a plane, would call me back, and so on and on , Finally, I told him I would take him to court, his reply was do what ever you want. So I took him to the small claims court which cost me even more money, I got judgement and then had to pay for bailiffs to attend. Because the cheating scum bag lives behind a fortress of high walls and gates the bailiffs couldn't gain access and are no allowed to force entry. I am now out approx. £500 and am going to the Police as how many more people has he scammed. He has removed himself from all Google reviews etc as he masks his history. He now trades as JJHORSEBOX 12 but this will change again selling expensive horsebox conversations on Ebay from his home in Carlisle, near the race course. Beware you have been warned. All the above can be verified by court documents. I am not stopping until I get all my money and costs back. Absolute low life liar, thief. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD OR NEGATIVE STARS
