Date of Purchase Sun 17-Sept-2023. An absolute pleasure to have purchased our car from Baskeyfield Motors . We arrived and were left to view the vehicle alone . Taken on a test drive by a lovely gentleman (Dave) . We purchased the car with a New Mot and Service and had the vehicle delivered in a timely and professional manner as promised within the agreed price. All in all would I recommend this dealer to family and friends yes 100% would I purchase another vehicle from Baskeyfield absolutely. Overall great experience. 10/10

From our first viewing of the car, the detail and care was exceptional. Everything was explained in detail. We had a test drive and any fault or problem we could find was dealt with immediately. Cant fault the service in anyway.

I have just brought my 4th car from Baskeyfield Motors and cant be happier. i went in 4 weeks ago to ask the owner Mick to look for a new car for me. he asked me what type and spec did i want and i told him, even down to the colour. 4 weeks later i am sitting in my new motor with everything i asked for. he did me a great deal and nothing is too much for all their team to help me with. In the past when I've had an issue they have always been helpful. they even loaned me a car while getting mine sorted. just the fact that i have been back for my 4th car speaks volumes and i have wasted no time in recommending them to my friends and family.

Bought a car of them in 2020 but it had a dodgy seatbelt, they said they’ll pay for it to get fixed. I went into hospital for a couple years due to Covid. I’ve called them today and he said it’s too late, as they can’t claim it under warranty anymore. I didn’t realise they was planning to use my warranty to claim for it anyway which is odd! Now he said the only way he’ll fix it now is if I trade my car in to buy another off them!! Outrageous and comes across as a bribe! I understand it’s two years later, even though we’ve been under multiple lock downs, with health issues relating to it, I thought he’d still honour the repair of my seatbelt. I won’t be purchasing another car from here due to this.

I have recently been back to Baskeyfield Motors for a service and noticed i never left my review. I have had 2 cars from baskeyfield motors so far and after buying my 3rd car and it was my dream car of a Golf R from them i couldn't of been happier. The sale was swift and easy and when i collected the car i had a nice bottle of red wine from them which is a very nice touch. My mum bought a brand new car a few years ago and didn't even get anything. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family without a doubt. I will be back for my 4th car in the near future.

Absolutely incredible service from the family run team, I told them exactly what I wanted & they were nothing but accommodating. Genuinely cannot fault the quality of both the car & the service. Have had no problems with my car at all! It’s hard to find amazing, genuine dealers, so I’m glad I found this one :))

Customer service at Baskeyfield Motors may seem great when purchasing a £20k car until something goes wrong and they take no responsibility leaving you to go else where for the problem to be fixed and you to foot the bill! Would NEVER recommend this garage/people to anyone! Stay away.

I would recommend Baskeyfield Motors, the guys there are helpful and the cars they sell are clean. However I wouldn't recommend Skoda's as I've had lots of issues with mine.
