Based on my personal experience and post-sale communication, I can state that I did not receive any real support or an effective resolution. Despite attempts to resolve the matter calmly and amicably, I was informed that no further steps would be taken. This approach undermines trust in the seller and raises serious concerns about their after-sales standards. In practice, the customer is left alone with the problem, even when it involves significant faults. Based on my experience, anyone expecting responsibility, transparency, and genuine after-sales support should think very carefully before deciding to proceed with a purchase from this seller.

cant thank this garage enough live about 2 hours away and had a car i liked the look off .so i rang them to find out it was sold .Glenn told me he could source another car and with in a few days a better car was sourced .i have had it now for several months and think its time to review them car was prepped serviced ,mot and machine polished driven out there show room even replaced the disc and pads and tyres that was on 3mm left on the front for my piece of mind as its what i wanted

Last summer I purchased a Nissan Xtrail from Glenn at BayTree Car Sales. To say I have been delighted with the car and the after sales service I have received would be an understatement. Glenn has gone above and beyond to help and support over one or two teething problems the car has had. I have never had to feel out of pocket financially during my time with my car. I cannot praise the whole experience enough and would certainly buy there again should I need to change, and I will encourage family members to check their stock if and when they are looking for a car.

I purchased my 2011 Freelander from this dealership about 7 months ago, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with my experience! I dealt with both Glenn and Spencer, who were professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Initially, I was a bit hesitant due to a few negative reviews I'd seen, but after going through the process myself, I believe those might have come from people with different expectations from an older car.
