I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car from BCV. We purchased a car from them, it had a problem the day after purchase so Jamie (the Manager) said they would repair it,. A month later we got the car back. After a few hours, and it nearly causing a mototway accident it transpired the car was worse (different problems) than when it went into their garage. We got it back to BCV who said we could obviously have a refund. Now a month on we have no refund and no car and having to take legal action. I must say great customer service from Jamie, the Manager, the problem lies with Taher Khalaf, the owner, who won't authorise the refund.

I recently looked into buying a campervan from BCV. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the van it was not down to customer service from Jamie. He was very helpful throughout the process.

Never ever buy a vehicle from these. Bought a van which turned out to be un reliable. Been promised the world n got nothing. Never ever deal with these people

Since writing the review bcv have come through. Exchanged the faulty van with a equivalent one and also gave me some compensation. Wish I hadn't wrote first review as they have now been great and new van is good
