Do not buy from this company! I purchased a low mileage well kept serviced car & within two weeks the engine started to fall apart. When I consulted them they said it wasn't their problem. Bad customer service is their strongest asset.

I recently bought a mercedes c200 Cdi 2010 reg From these guys 4000 cheaper than all other dealers in London, I was curious at the beginning but then I realised that these guys were very serious and honest. They have nothing to do with bluegate motors, they are Bd Tradesales.They have over 200 cars on site and are very honest. This dealers has good cars, I bought a car which is hpi clear, priced below market value, I had a small issue but was resolved immediately. I will come here to buy again.

I would not recommend this to anyone. As other users have described this company buys written-off cars and sell it saying the car is in excellent condition. I bought a car at around 7 PM and by the time I reached home I realised the car's A/C is not working and there was a sound in the front wheel. I phoned the same day at around 10 PM and said I am unhappy with the car and would like to return it but the person said If I return it they would deduct £1000 which I feel is very unreasonable. I would file a case immediately.

My situation with the former company Bluegate Cars & Diamond Tyres & Repairs has recently been aired on 'Don't get done, get Dom', this company buys faulty cars very cheap, valets them & sells them for the going price of a fully working car, when we tried to return the car, they said they did not sell it to us, constantly ignoring calls & playing games, please avoid these con men like the plague, otherwise you might find yourself in the same situation as me & many others!!!

Bd trade sales are very helpfully and honest used car dealers i bought a2012 BMW 525d m sport 5 grand cheaper than any other dealer one owner Hpi clear full BMW history i love it thanks for your kind deal guys.

We bought a car from here which had concealed pre-existing faults. We haven't been able to get money back outside the courts. I'd recommend getting your cases in quickly. They've already re-opened as bd trade sales from blue gate cars. The BBC have also just aired an episode of don't get done get dom with them in - google bbc dom series 8 episode 12, and their court cases etc have appeared in the guardian.
