I got a new car from them in August 23. In my contract I’m entitled to use a company called Auto Protect for scuff repairs. I’m trying to utilise this at the moment without success as the app doesn’t work. Toyota Gillingham is refusing to return my calls and emails. Would not recommend them.
Went and looked at a Gt86 for my son priced at £17,995. Upon showing our interest in the car we went inside to then be told that in actual fact it was going to be sent back to the Maidstone branch and priced up at £20.990. We questioned this but apparently the manager at the Maidstone branch would not reduce the price. At this point I wished we had walked out but I knew our son had his heart set on it. At first there was seemingly nothing they could do to reduce the price in any way. Then we were led to believe we could have some of the added products thrown in i.e. wheel/tyre insurance, minor dent insurance and Gap insurance which we thought was at least something to make up for it. But on the day we collected it and they asked my son to transfer the money first we realised by the amount they wanted and by looking again at the paperwork that it wasn't actually the case at all. Instead we were just given a discount on the price of the added products. Even when we came to pay they couldn't take card payments of over £5000 and my son's online banking needed extra verification via a card reader so we ended up having to drive home to make the payment and then back again. The whole experience left us feeling we had been cheated and I wondered how much commission they must have made on the sale and on the insurance products all at our expense. I am just glad that my son is very happy with the car!

Buying a new £40k+ car should be pleasurable experience. At Group 1 Toyota Medway the salespeople are not interested in customer service purely interested in making their commission. Save yourself hundreds of pounds and go to Martin Lewis website to sort out GAP, Dent and Wheel insurance. I will never step into this showroom again, go to another Toyota garage.

Given Incorrect Offer Price, then rather than come back and advise we made a mistake. The car was removed from the site, and then my calls and emails ignored. Even left a message for the General Manager to advise of the situation so he was aware, and that was ignored. Therefore rotten to the top. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT !

To be honest it wasn't that great. There were three problems which resulted in me travelling to and from the dealership a few times more than was necessary and this intruded on my holiday. It should have been an enjoyable experience and it wasn't, if I am honest. All problems were resolved quickly but they should not have happened in the first place. Complications arose because of the non-presence of the V5 document. I went to pick the car up only to find that the service was significantly overdue and when I finally took delivery the car was vibrating so badly I had to take it back the next day. I suggested that the wheels were not balanced and indeed this proved to be the case -both fronts as it turned out. How could a main dealer have allowed a car to go out when it had not been tested thoroughly? To be fair aesthetically the preparation was very good. I now have the car back and it is fine and I had an equivalent hire car for the duration of the problems, so you can be sure that any problems will be resolved quickly. This all happened over the Christmas period so it may not be a typical experience and everyone was very pleasant and helpful so no complaints there. The salesmen were not pushy or intrusive and were very honest, which I appreciated. So I left a middling review because overall, all has been well. I was promised by the manager that in view of the difficulties, he would "do something for me" in the new year. Not sure what that meant and so far nothing has emerged. I think under normal circumstances a customer would enjoy a good experience at this dealership.

Last month I went to Beadles Toyota Medway to buy my Toyota Yaris. Yes everything went fine which is why i am leaving a review. I have had it in the workshop but this is getting fixed now
