Vehicle purchased has gear box fault-they took the car back for repair and supplied courtesy car great service, just taking a long time to repair vehicle.

So far so good. Richard was brilliant. Sorted everything out for me in regards to getting the car ready, it's been a 10/10 experience.

Everything was good, the chap there that I dealt with was fantastic and I love the car! 5 out of 5!!

First car I have purchased and I am so happy with it, been looking after it well, getting it valtted every few weeks and not had any bumps or scrapes haha! Richard at the dealership was excellent, very good! I got my insurance and everything sorted right then and there and drove away same day, couldn't have gone better.

Cars been fine at the moment, we haven't had any issues with it. Everyone at the dealership was really nice, didn't have any problems there and touch wood everything continues how it is.

Been pleased with the Evoque I got, it has been genuinely all good and so was the service so I have no complaints. They even arranged the delivery for me which was appricated. It was a couple of days late but I wasn't annoyed as they had kept me in the loop and updated about this so I knew. For that reason I'd give them a 4.

Everything has been good, the car is doing its job. I did have a problem with a warning light that came on, I rang up the guys at the garage they said to give them a call back monday or drop it off and they will take a look for me, however, it went out about a day later so just something I am keeping my eye on.. The service was great no problems at all, everyone was friendly, the guys were attentive, no pushiness. The car was spotless when I picked it up. I couldn't fault it. Very helpful before and after the sale, I'd give them 5/5 which I rarely do but, I had no problems they helped me with my private reg and were great to deal with from start to finish.

From parking up to signing the dotted line it was about half a hour max, I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted so it was an easy straightforward process. I had a wonder round the car to check it out and I was happy with it. I waited 4-5 days after while they did a fresh MOT, Service and a once over. It gave me piece of mind that everything was fine. Overall I would rate my experience a 5 star.

I bought the car for my granddaughter, she did her test in it and passed! When I went to get it for her richard was really helpful and fixed the heater for me before I took it away. He made it a quick turnaround and from what I know she hasn't had any issues and is enjoying it. I would rate it a 5 star experience as the dealership was helpful and nice.
