My Ford Fiesta has been absolutely fine since getting it back in June, it's running really well and I couldn’t be happier. The sales process was smooth Richard was a personable guy to deal with, we had some good chats too. Very good overall. Strong 4 stars.

I'm happy enough with the deal I got and the service I received from thew team at Beckside 4x4, no problems there and I can't see why I wouldn't look to use them again in the future.

Good service from the team at Beckside 4x4. I had an issue with the entertainment system and they got me booked in a few days later, and it was easy enough to get through to them to report it. Since buying we had taken the vehicle to France for a holiday and it never missed a beat.

I'm giving a 3 out of 5 as there have been a few small issues. Nothing major, but just things that brought the rating down. For example, there was a crack in the windscreen on the passenger side. I didn’t notice it at first due to where it was, but it would have been nice to be informed about it before the purchase. There were also a few other things, like having no spare tyre and the aircon vents being a bit loose. The service itself was good. It’s just the finishing touches that would have made it a five-star experience. I also noticed the touch-up paint over a few scratches wasn’t great, as it came off after a wash. That said, I do understand it's a second-hand vehicle, and these things can happen. Just some feedback for the team.

Perfect overall! Had a couple of issues, but Beckside 4x4 Centre sorted them out quickly. Gary was really helpful throughout the process.

Everything’s been going great with the RR Sport, I've taken it to Scotland and London with no issues, it’s been fine. The people were great and overall I’m really happy with the car. Dave was alright to deal with. There were a few promises made about when the car would be ready, but there were some delays. In the end, it all got sorted and I’m pleased with how it turned out.
