Everything went well with the purchase of my range rover, I went to the dealership in person, everything was pretty straightforward, and the car is fine apart from I did get a recall to Land Rover and was informed that I can't use the Tow Bar. Apart from that all fine.

Dealer: Attention to detail on ensuring no problems with the vehicle: AA check, all (few) issues dealt with, the one thing I did raise (timing belt replacement) was dealt with without any quibble. Car: one owner, low mileage, FSH. They had a very good range of Range Rovers, that they were very knowledgeable about details of the cars and problems and they weren't pushy.

5 star. Excellent service. Competitive finance. Got some side steps fitted and privacy glass done. Vehicle then delivered to me. Better than I had hoped for. Will recommend and buy again.

I have been happy with the car, I did have to get the tyres changed which wasn't very ideal however everything else is running fine and it is a nice vehicle, does the job. Customer service with Gary was spot on, nice guy to deal with, would recommend him.

It has, battery light came on last week, Alternator, seemed to have gone off again. Need to get a quote. Apart from at that everything finme. Quick simple, in and out. Pressure on sale. left me to it. 5/5. I recently had a battery light come on, and when I had it checked it was believed to be the alternator. The light has since gone off, but it’s something I’ll be getting sorted soon once I send some quotes to the warranty company. Apart from that small hiccup, everything has been great. I’m really pleased with the car. The service at the dealership was excellent, quick and straightforward. The team were friendly and gave me space to look around without any pressure, which made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable.

I did have a problem initially after buying however I called up and they sorted it for me right away! It was no hassle at all and since they fixed it I've had no further issues. I dealt with Gary from start to finish, he was helpful and professional throughout. Thank you.

I am very impressed with the service provided at Beckside 4x4. They went the extra mile for me by making sure the timing belt was changed before I picked up the car as they knew I had a long journey back to Scotland. The car had new tyres, new brakes, and a freshly done MOT. It was also spotless when I arrived every inch was cleaned! There was no delay when I got to the dealership I was seen right away by Richard, and the car was prepared and ready to go. I have noticed a possible suspension issue, but I took out the warranty with the dealership, so I will get this looked at soon. I wouldn’t give the team anything less than five stars. They set a high standard for other dealerships.

Since purchasing my Evoque last month, I have been over the moon with it. It’s such a great car and I have had no issues at all. It was my first time visiting Beckside 4x4, and it was a great experience. The process was quick, the deal was easy, and there was no pressure during the sale.
