Just going to keep it short , customer was offered a full refund within 4 weeks of having the car ONE SIDED VIEW .................................................. THE IRONY IS THE CAR WAS THAT BAD SHE ONLY MANAGED TO DO (9,000 MILES) IN THE CAR ON THE BRAKES SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT , BEFORE WE REFUNDED THE MONEY

He didn’t offer me a full refund. Secondly the car did 6,000 miles not 9,000 miles - 1,000 miles was bringing car back then taking back to the dealership to fix issues which he didn’t fully fix. Additional miles were that I had no choice to drive the car as I had no other vehicle and no agreement between him and the finance company of return of vehicle had been made. He wouldn’t refund monies to repair the rust nor the brake pads and discs. When returned car I didn’t get my refund for over 2 months! It took a month for the dealership to return monies to finance company as arguing with mileage usage cost then on top of that the cheeky git wanted me to pay to replace the brake discs & pads!!! Then took over 6 weeks for the finance company to refund my money. I was originally trying to be polite in my review. At one point he even said if he knew where I had come as far as I had he wouldn’t have sold me the car! So anyone who doesn’t live local do not buy a car from this dealership!!!!

Dealership is totally dishonest. Total miles done from date of purchase until return date (Jun to Oct) was 6045 miles which from that was bringing car home and having to take back to sort out issues which should have been fixed before car was even given to me, I had to pay for these miles done (25p per mile which equated to £1,511) so the dealership wasn’t at a lost. On top of that I ended up being out of pocket for all the fuel wasted for number of trips to the dealership. Andrew lied to me and told me car had been sitting around and it’s just brake dust, hence I drove it until somebody pointed out the brake discs and pads are literally on their last legs. Brake pads/discs should last more than 6000 miles before need to be changed. After driving 6000 miles they were literally touching metal to metal. On top of that the car was so rusted that the cover near the fuel tank had eroded through. These two were some of the issues with the car. So many other issues to list. Feel sorry for anyone who has purchased the car or looking to purchase any future cars from this dealership, Avoid like the plague!!!!

Thank you for your review .in response to it .When we sold this car to the customer he was fully aware that we did not yet have the V5 from the previous owner .We promised that we would get this resolved ,unfortunately the previous owner had lost the logbook .The previous owner has applied for the new logbook but it seems there has been massive delays with the DVLA (all out of our hands ) To get this resolved Beech motor co Ltd paid for a new logbook at the post office with the agreement that the customer would reimburse us the the road tax money for his car ,which he refuses to do ,even though proof has been sent in the way of the receipt .Regarding the broken parts on the Car ,the customer purchased a used car not brand new and it will have some signs of wear ,the customer never bothered to come and view it,and insisted it was delivered at a cost of Beech motor co .When it was brought to our attention we ordered the replacement parts from Mercedes and forwarded them on as agreed with the customer at the time which he was happy with. Beech motor company should be the ones writing a review in this case as they are still outstanding the road tax money .

The customer was out of his warranty period ,we still paid for the part but the customer still was not happy .What more could we do
