Even though we had to travel 180 miles, it was worth the trip to see this marvellous car. Ticked all of our boxes. Freshly brewed coffee supplied too! Philip clearly has years of experience, and hand picks the cars offered. We were in 2 minds whether to part exchange our older Boxster, but a pleasant deal was reached and we drove our new car home-the LONG way! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Dealership

Beechwood Cars sell top quality cars and take pride in their business. This is a gem tucked away in a beautiful location that give you a great experience when buying a car. It was an hours drive but definitely worth the visit. We brought a BMW 3 series in pristine condition, exactly as advertised so we were not disappointed. Phillip handled us in a very friendly professional way without ever feeling under pressure. The deal was extremely fair and he went the extra mile to all our requests. It was a real pleasure doing business with Phillip. I would highly recommend Beechwood Cars if you are looking for quality cars its definitely worth the drive Beechwood Cars deliver outstanding service and nothing is too much to ask. Having struggled for 3 months to find the Tesla model electric car that we wanted with low mileage and the ideal specification, we contacted Beechwood Cars to initiate the search. It only took 3 weeks, but was worth the wait. The vehicle ticked all of the boxes and more! We travelled 150miles to view and test drive the car, and couldn't fault it at all, and bought it to drive away on the day. We love it! The Beechwood CarsCar Finding Service is recommended from the Mitchell Family!

What an amazing find. Our friends have bought several cars from Beechwood over the past 15years, and we were advised to make contact. The car had only just been advertised and was exactly what we had been looking for. It was well presented and Philip, having had 50+ years in the business was courteous, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help with our decision, and ultimately, our purchase. We are delighted with the car, and HIGHLY recommend Beechwood cars

I purchased a BMW 330d from Beechwood Cars because it was advertised as being exempt from the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). After owning the car for a couple of weeks I received a Ticket for entering the zone and this is when I found out the car was not exempt at all. I spoke with Phillip straight away and he refused to take the car back from me but would purchase it back for a significantly lower price considering the car now had another owner and 500 miles more on the clock. Phillip blamed me for not checking myself and said it was my responsibility to ensure the facts on his advert were correct. THIS IS WRONG. It is a dealers responsibility to ensure all of the facts on their advert are true. After speaking with the Citizens Advice Bureau they advised me that I was well within my rights to return the car because it had been mis-sold to me. I formally emailed Phillip as advised by the Bureau stating I wanted a refund and felt I was entitled one because I was mis-sold the car. He again refused to return the car, accused me of taking a draconian stance and said out of a gesture of good will he would offer to buy the car back at a lower price. I stood by my stance again and replied that I wanted a full refund as advised by the Bureau. Philip didn't reply to me for a week and we were left stressing out over the situation but eventually I got a text asking when I was dropping the car back. Thankfully, Philip very reluctantly refunded me for the car but he made it out like it was all my fault and that I had wronged him. Over a month later Phillip has not sent off the V5 to the DVLA notifying them that I am now not the owner of the car anymore so we haven't received our Tax refund. I contacted Philip to ask him if he had done this and he accused me of damaging the car before handing it back and said that I could swallow the cost of the Tax which is no big deal. Philip's incompetence to check the facts on his advert and very poor customer service has ended up costing me hundreds in ULEZ tickets, insurance cancellation fees, unused road tax & we still have no car now so have spent money renting one in the mean time. Not to mention the time and stress wasted on trying to resolve this situation. Overall very very poor from Philip and Beechwood Cars. AVOID.

Very surprised to read this review from this customer from May 2021. This BMW was not in any way faulty, the problem from start to finish was Autotrader who ,when the advertisement was placed for this car, used an Autofill procedure to fill in all of the necessary specification, including that that car was compliant for the ULEZ requirement. I did not have any input regarding this automatic statement. I was repeatably informed by Autotrader that it was complaint, they also contacted the customer by email to state the same facts. If any customer is working in London or elsewhere when a compliant car is required, you might think that the customer might make his own enquiries as to the suitability of the vehicle he or she is intending to purchase? It may interest you to know that all my attempts to give a reasoned response at the time were foiled firstly by Autotrader who handled their complaints procedure then by FiFo, as I feel sure customers understand Autotrader did not want any adverse publicity which quite frankly I should also note that this customer felt that his complaint was not handled professionally, I repaid the customer in full within three weeks as Autotrader still insisted that the car was compliant even though the car was returned to me with a damaged rear bumper and 500+ miles being covered since he purchased the car. I honestly feel that this review is totally unnecessary as there was no fault with the car just with this customers exact requirements not being met which he could have checked and resolved himself.

Travelled to south Godstone to an unusual venue for a car dealership. A beautiful farmhouse setting with some very nice prestige cars for sale. The owner, Philip Lendon was a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with and the whole transaction went without a well. All in all a good experience and one I would be more than happy to recommend.

I purchased a Range Rover from Philip the owner of beechwood cars. I immediately reported a major problem with the suspension to the dealer, who said " get it diagnosed and I will get it fixed" I did get it diagnosed and his response was to say " not my problem" I am now forced to go to the small claims court. Do not buy from Beechwood

Very surprising and typical overreaction as this vehicle which had only covered 40000 miles from new had a full and comprehensive Land Rover Main Dealer Service History, which at delivery had only completed less than 4000 miles since it's last service! As the option was given to this new owner/purchaser that we could service the car or to keep the car with full main dealer history, service it with his local Land Rover dealer. The car was reduced by some £500 towards this service and Beechwood Cars provided a new MOT which was carried out 24 hours before the car was collected. NO mention from the Land Rover dealer that the suspension bushes required replacement, NOR the MOT Testing Station referred to any such fault with the suspension bushes. Are we to believe that, as claimed by this purchaser, £3/4000 pound's worth of suspension overhaul required in such a small amount of mileage? NO. This again is a typical trick by Main Dealers looking for new work to upgrade their workshop profitability. This customer has not contacted me since his purchase and no such small claim been made against Beechwood Cars.

Having been to Beechwood cars to buy a car I can tell you that they were a great car dealer. The paperwork was a little delayed but no problems other than that. I'd tell my family and friends about them. My car was clean and exactly as described from the advert to when I went to view and buy it.
