I would say 5. The reason for this is the guys were very helpful not pushy. They were very friendly and did everything they could to help. I would like to add, when I was due to pick up my car unfortunately I was in hospital. I rang and explained. They were so good and said don't worry about it just let us know when you're ready, and they actually delivered it. Not just that, I've since rang and asked questions and they were no bother. A lot of car dealers would just not be interested once they've had a sale.

I've bought previous vehicles from Belle Vue and they have been sound. My new Audi A4 is alright, it has a few issues that they are going to sort and they have got that booked in for next week. My experience was really good with them, the guy that runs it and the sales team have been really good.

I would say a 4. I would have said 5 but a previous employee of yours failed to notify the DVLA of the sale which resulted in 4 Tyne Tunnel fines. I didn't have to pay the fines as you did pay them which I am extremely grateful for. The car I purchased is superb as well as all my dealings regarding the new car. I would highly recommend you to others without a doubt.

I recently bought a John Cooper Works Mini from this dealership via Autotrader. This was the first time I’ve bought a car without viewing and test driving. My salesperson (Mo) proved to be very knowledgeable and professional throughout, making the whole process very straightforward. Delivery was arranged and again first class. I’ve not yet received the V5 though. The car arrived with a fresh mot, had been serviced prior to dispatch including new tyres. I’m very pleased with the car, it’s exactly as described and drives very nicely. My only niggle is that the V5 hasn’t arrived, but DVLA has a backlog apparently.
