No worries with the car so far, touch wood! I am very pleased with it, however the only thing I would say as feedback is that the communication during the middle of the process dropped and it became frustrating, and I would say after this though, everything went smoothly, communication picked back up and I had the car within the week. I would 100% use the dealership in the future if they had something I was after.

I saw the car went in and they sorted it straight away, they just let me get on with things. I've done just over 4k miles so far - it's much better than my previous car! It was a wonderful experience so I'll give them 5 stars.

I have had no issues with the car, it has been good. I came across Belle Vue Vehicles while looking on Auto Trader for a Golf. When I found it, it had low mileage, was clean, and was priced well, so I couldn’t fault it.

The service was excellent, from allowing me to test drive the car on my own Helping me find the finance I needed Simon has been brilliant! I even got him an Easter egg when I picked the car up to thank his for all his help. He even helped me put my car seats in the new car. I'd def recommend you. The only problem I've had is with the dvla due to my having a private reg, and again you have been very patient with that too.

The experience was mixed. A few issues came up - the engine light came on, an aircon failure, and a tyre puncture with a faulty repair kit. While they were generally good, the repairs have been slow, and I couldn’t get back in touch with the workshop manager initially due to an issue with their phone system. However, the team was helpful, the car met our needs and budget, and we appreciated being able to look around the car at our own pace.

The car is lovely - I've done a couple of thousand miles so far it's great. Unfortunately though the car had to go back in to get the brakes and air conditioning sorted. They sorted the brakes but I'm still waiting on a part for the air con. I'd give them 4 stars, I'm happy with my experience.

Simon, who helped me throughout the process of purchasing, was very good. He explained everything in detail and answered all the enquiries I had. I would return to them if I were to buy another vehicle in the future.

The BMW 1 Series has been excellent, and the lads at the dealership were spot on. The whole process was fast and efficient.
