Simon was fantastic, couldn't fault him at all. He let me have a look around in my own time and was on hand to answer any questions that I had. No problems with the car, it has been fine but I am still waiting on the logbook though. I'd happily give them full marks.

I've had no issues at all, the buying process was easy as anything. Garry made everything so easy, like I knew he had my best interests at heart, and he kept me informed all the way. I'd be happy to go back there.

Customer service on the day was ok but I felt my salesman was juggling a lot due to staff shortages so a few of things were missed before handover. There's plenty of nice stock to choose from, but I knew exactly the car I wanted. I'd give them 3 stars and I'd definitely consider going back there as I understand people are put under pressure.

It was fine getting the car, but I still haven't got the V5 yet despite chasing them for it. I dealt with Mo on the day, he was spot on. There was a few problems with the car that I pointed out and he got them sorted out before handover which was appreciated.

When I was getting the car a date was agreed for handover but it was delayed for a week due to additional work that needed doing which wasn't great. I'll give them 3 stars.

A light has appeared on the dash, but aside from that the car has been fine I'll get that sorted myself. The staff themselves were great - I'd buy another off them.

Purchased from here a few months ago, I was holding off from posting a review as I was waiting for some issues to be resolved. The guys have been great, they sorted the invoice and the issues very efficiently, and the car itself I am still very pleased with. I haven't had any further problems so I can't fault Belle Vue Vehicles. Very pleased with the service they provide.

Bought a 19 plate skoda octavia vrs from these in June 25. Dealt with a bloke called Simon who was very professional from start to finish. Was due it's service when we bought it and they had it done, along with an mot, rear brakes and a dsg service. Had the car a few weeks now and it's absolutely spot on. Would definitely recommend and definitely buy again from them

Garry was very helpful. He had great customer service and was a massive help in helping me secure the car I wanted. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Relatively happy overall, but my rating reduced slightly because I still haven't had a refund for the number plate I had to purchase for my car.
