The lad I dealt with - Simon his name was - was fantastic. The communication back and forth was great. There was a slight issue with the battery though and I called them but they never got back to me so I had to get it sorted myself. The car has been great though, it's running nice and smoothly.

I dealt with Simon - he's a nice lad, I can't fault the service from him at all. I had a slight problem with the car after a couple of weeks and they sorted it out quickly which was appreciated. I'd give them 5 stars without a doubt.

Very happy with the car - we've just got back from France in it and it was great. The staff were very kind and patient. We had seen online what we wanted so the process was pretty quick.

Our family is currently in a serious dispute with Belle Vue Vehicles after purchasing a Range Rover for nearly £25,000 in March 2025. Within days, the vehicle developed serious faults. It’s now been over two months, and we still have no working car, no refund, and very little meaningful communication from the business. Written rejection under the Consumer Rights Act was submitted and ignored. Worse still, the tone and behaviour from the director has been highly unprofessional and, in our view, bullying – even threatening to report their own courtesy vehicle as “stolen” when we requested a refund. We are now pursuing legal action, with guidance from Trading Standards. If you're considering buying from here, please take this as a warning to do your research and read all the reviews across platforms – including Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and more. Ours is not the only negative experience. We wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we have.

The communication from belle Vue and also the face to face service was spot on and any questions I had I was provided with answers. The sales guy that was taking care of me was called Mo, really nice guy and kept everything nice and simple for me and explained everything I needed as it was my first car so I wasn't sure on something's but Mo explained things and main the process all the better

very helpful and professional service and the car does the job I bought it for so I am a very happy customer.
