After 22 years with my Nissan Micra, it was time to get a new car. Since I know Nissan Micra's so well, I was happy to get another one because I know they are very reliable cars. Everyone at Bells garage were amazing! They understood me and my husband hadn't purchased a car in such a long time but they were happy to take there time and explain all of the paperwork. We haven't been out in the car much but for the time we have been its been great. Also we are slowly getting use to all the new gadgets that come with a newer model of car.

Two weeks in with my Vauxhall Astra from Bells Garage, and I've been getting on very well with it. Smooth process, no hard sell, and I love the car. Highly recommend!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mum because she purchased a vehicle from here but I was with her at the time to give accurate feedback. My mum doesn't tend to do a lot of miles, she probably does around 1000 miles a year so she wasn't looking for anything fancy. We opted for the Fiat Panda and she loves it! The sales team were very patient and managed to answer all of our questions so I'm happy to give 5 stars.

The main reason why me & my partner decided to get a car from Bells Garage was because we saw the positive reviews online, so we knew before we arrived that it was a reputable company. We arrived at the dealership to view the Kia Picanto, and it was everything we expected. I took the car out on a quick test drive, and I could tell straight away that it was a solid car! I've only had the car for a week but so far it's been amazing.

After a bad experience with a previous dealership (I won't say who), I was very nervous about getting a new car. I arrived at Bells garage with an open mind, and I wasn't really looking to buy the car on the day. I got talking to Chris and he was more than helpful, he listened to everything I was looking for in a car and showed me to the Fiat and it was even better than he described! With second hand cars you don't expect them to be perfect but the Fiat wasn't far off. I instantly wanted and Chris did what he could to turn the car around quickly. 3 days later it was mine! He's restored my faith in dealerships and I can't thank him enough for going out of his way to make sure I got the car as soon as possible.

I have to give a big shoutout to Chris for his excellent service during the sales process! From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative and always ready to lend a hand. It's only been a month since I got my Fiat Punto, but I'm already loving every moment with it. Thanks to Chris and the team for making it such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

I've been using my Vauxhall Astra every day since I got it at the start of the month, and it's been running like a dream. I spotted the car on the forecourt, and it was exactly what I was looking for. So I approached a salesman for more information, and you can tell that he knows the industry well because there weren't any questions left unanswered. From start to finish, the customer service I received was perfect! Everything went smoothly, and I never felt pressured into buying a car, and after taking the Astra out on a test drive, I made the decision to take it. Overall, top marks for the dealership! I would highly recommend Bells Garage.

In December 2023, I bought a Ford ZA, and since then, it's been absolutely fantastic. The team at the dealership were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and making the process incredibly easy. Any issues I've encountered have been promptly rectified by them.
