I am really enjoying my new car, Chris has been a delight to deal with an I am absolutely blown away with how much a small garage punches above its weight from a customer service perspective. Chris seems to work tirelessly to ensure all his customers needs are met and to a standard they are happy with. I got a Suzuki SX4 as it was perfect for what I need, during the demo, there was an apparent issue which wasn't effecting the cars functionality, something to do with the starter motor which was making a grinding sound when the car is started. I am working with Chris and confident this is going to be resolved. If you are looking for an affordable used car, speak to Chris, he's the man!

Working with Chris and Bells Garage has been a really nice, I was in the market for a small used car with my main criteria being good condition and lower millage. I opted for a Peugeot 207 which was affordable for us and ticked all the boxes for what we needed. There was a little issue with the car in the early stages, Chris explained this is a common fault with this model and was quick to spring into action, he got this resolved for me in a matter of days. I couldn't rate any less than 5 stars for Chris's customer service, the cars quality and condition, the process for getting the car and everything else relating to Bells garages services, it's been flawless start to finish.

Bells garage have an excellent reputation and I now know from dealing with Chris that the reputation is well deserved and reflective of the excellent customer service and good quality cars they offer. I have always had Citroen Berlingo's in the past but the cost of these now days is becoming more than I can justify paying. I went to see Chris at Bells Garage after seeing all the positive reviews online. From the very get go Chris was honest, easy to deal with and seems to be a very good, genuine guy. I settled on a Zauxhall Zafira he had in the forecourt, it looked well looked after and had been prepped to a high standard. The cam belt wasn't due to be changed for another few thousand miles, I mentioned to Chris that I would like this doing and he did this for me at cost which I thought was really good of him. I spoke to my local garage after the purchase, got them to look over and just ensure that nothing had been missed and there were no concerns. My mechanic spoke very highly of Bells Garage, their reputation and mentioned he had worked on a few cars from there and is yet to see one with any issues. Chris ticks every box for a car sales experience and I will certainly be a returning customer.

Seamless experience start to finish. The staff at Bells garage are all incredibly friendly, attentive and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. As far as my untrained eye can tell, the car is perfect and they all seemed to be prepped to an incredibly high standard. I felt comfortable in the hands of each of the sales people I met and would highly recommend this company.

Everything is going well, I love my new Clio and it feels like a massive step up from my old Citrons that I am used to. My second car from Bells Garage, I didn't necessarily want a Peugeot 207 but it was the only car they had which fitted the bill and wasn't mobility adjusted. The service, honesty and integrity that the dealership showed during my first experience with them was of such a standard I decided there was no one else I wanted to buy a car from and the service second time round has been no different. Excellent service, friendly staff and every issue I have had in the two times I have dealt with them has been resolved quickly and I have been offered a curtsy car while it was being resolved. Can't rate Bells Garage any higher.

We went with Bells Garage because of their online reviews and I think we defiantly made the right choice. The car needs some TLC and has a couple things which may need work but no nasty surprises or serious concerns. We bought the car for our son who is currently learning to drive and it's certainly fit for what we need it to do. the service has been top and to be honest I can't fault the lads, I feel they have done absolutely everything they could for us. They were polite and curious and seem genuinely happy to help us get over any issues we may have.
