Visited the Belmont Wallyford showroom last Friday. Drove out yesterday (6 days later), with a superb nearly new Nissan Qashqai at a very competitive price. However, the service and attention to detail by all the sales and other staff was most notable. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable and well attended to. No sales pressure and nothing was too much. Very impressive level of customer service, particularly Angela, but also a number of other staff that attended to us. Thank you.

I bought a 2nd hand car 6 months ago and within days it broke down and has been back in several times for repair for a total of 3 months. Something is "fixed" and within days other faults have appeared, clearly the car was faulty when sold therefore I would have thought they would be eager to fix the issue(s). How wrong could I have been, an absolute shambles of a place that would better be avoided.

I recommend Belmont Wallyford which is where I bought my Ford Fiesta Zetec in January 2015. The salesperson was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from them again the next time I am looking for a car.
