I popped in rybrook bmw to look at a bike I'd seen and got speaking to Raj who was very knowledgeable on the particular bike answerd all my question also sent me videos and instructions on how to use the tft screen phoned me regularly not just about the bike but for a chat Raj is a credit to rybrook I will definitely do business with rybrook again and would definitely recommend rybrook too anyone.

Purchased BMW motor cycle from Rybrook Wolves, correspondence and dialogue remotely. Raj the sales executive was extremely helpful by providing videos, photo and literal information as requested. Sale was efficient and all documentation was provided and completed in speedy fashion. Delivery was presented on time as appointed, accurately described vehicle and the handover swift in a polite and courteous manner.
Drove from Scotland to look at a car here today. Not impressed. Car was really dirty inside and out. Had fizzy juice spilled over the front seats. Outside was thick with dirt and cobwebs. . Not how I want to see a car I'm interested in potentially buying Asked for a test drive. Wanted 1k deposit or it was a no, it was incase people stole the car during a test drive. Had the cash but how long does it take to get your 1k back if you don't buy! 2/3 working days! Offered to leave our 40k BMW with them, give them the keys and the other half would stay behind, Nope, not interested. Shame, you lost a 30K sale for a silly policy. I reckon if I test drive a 50K or a 60K car, Leave my 1k and get a test drive, steal the car, I'm well up on the deal!!! Daft policy that lost you a sale. Can I suggest you clean cars before showing them on the forecourt to customers.

I would like to say I’ve bought my first brand new Bmw from Rybrook I had an amazing experience all my worries was put aside thanks to the sales man Christian Short. Nothing was too much for Christian to do from Rybrook Wolverhampton he talk me through every step and help me rest assure of the delivery of my new one series BMW. I would like to add I went and looked at an Audi first I actually to BMW Rybrook I then spoke to Christian Who was so welcoming explained every detail about the car and every detail about the time it would take to receive my vehicle. Nothing was too much for him to explain. I would like to say this man in my eyes deserves some Recognition for his expertise and also patience and guidance. Very good salesman and I would like to say thank you. I would also like to say going back to Audi the way I was treated when axing about there car’s Audi i was made to feel like nothing and left me feeling quite upset Speaking to Christian short at Rybrook Wolverhampton Christian help me to make my mind up. Bought my first BMW from a main dealer (Rybrook) having had experiences with independents before this. Clearly this is a 'get em in get em out' sort of dealership with very high volume - the upside is this means a lot of choice - they had so many vehicles. Downside - pressure from sales people to "close the deal" right from the word go. As a Porsche owner, I expected some time to consider etc and frankly BMWs are such good cars that they sell themselves (I guess they worry about Audi) but it's all v pressured from the sales side here. The car I bought is a great car - but a newer model was cheaper in another part of UK at main dealer so they are not "cheap" at Rybrook, so on the BMW side its 5 stars but this is about the dealership. Sales person was inexperienced but nonetheless v friendly and finance guy also good got me a pretty good deal. My disappointments come from the car having quite obvious faults which I noticed on the way home and they didnt spot, I dont live near Wolverhampton so pointless to go back. Was also "promised" a free first service but when the time came it was clear car had no service pack so I just took it to my local main dealer at my cost. Also promised a few BMW goodies that never materialised. The place has some v poor reviews and i would say if you can find the car you want somewhere else go there.
In January 2019 I purchased my first BMW vehicle (X4). Prior to this purchase, I have never intended to ever purchase a BMW. Usually when I purchase cars, the sales team are great and you are well catered for. After sales is usually less enthusiastic. However, I purchased my car through Christian Short and he handled everything very well. I have since been back to BMW for various matters, from the first service, tyre checks etc... Each time, the Service department have been nothing short of excellent. I could not be any happier with the treatment that I have received. My car is fantastic and the team, from the receptionists to the service team and management have been professional, accommodating and simply the best! I had a recall on my Series 1, took it in, job in good time, but on picking up the car drove it home for my wife to say someone had been smoking in it, we don’t smoke, I told Rybrook who where very sorry and promised to investigate and would give the interior a clean, but trying to get it done has been a nightmare, when trying to arrange the person I needed to speak too was always busy and never phoned me back. So I gave up. Will never go to Rybrook BMW in Wolverhampton again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE

BMW Rybrook service desk. They will do their best not to give courtesy cars, will point blank refuse for hours until you threaten to complain to head office, then they will give you a replacement car. The service desk do this so they and the rest of Rybrook BMW wolverhampton can drive the fleet of courtesy cars themselves!! I’ve caught them twice lying to customers only to drive off with brand new cars after shift which were meant for service and body shop customers. Worst BMW branch in the West Midlands. AVOID STAY AWAY
Had my bmw x5 booked in at Rybrook BMW in Wolverhampton for recalls waited over 40mins for them to inform me the computer were down .so why counldnt the say when i 1st came in very its yhe second time now bmw have ley me down neva again

As an avid BMW fan, having had 7 BM's since 1993 both new and used, we recently had the best ever buying experience at Wolverhampton Rybrook. Christian Short the Salesperson was excellent, listened to our requirements whilst intending to buy a used vehicle, his knowledge and understanding was amazing and we bought a new vehicle (X1) and are more than happy with the deal.The handover and paperwork all went like a dream and having contacted him several times with queries since he has come up trumps. So the sales side is excellent,I have read the reviews about poor back up service and will hold court on the service side and will review this later.Thanks again Christian and Rybrook BMW Wolverhampton.

Would never choose to own another BMW. Collected my approved used BMW (10 months old) from Rybrook BMW Wolverhampton. Sales side was OK, service side ever since has been shocking. They have now had my car 3 times to rectify a minor dent. The first and second time the paint work was absolutely shocking. The courtesy car I was sent on the second time was absolutely filthy, covered in a blanket of dead flies at the front and thick on the windscreen (needed to wash it myself as was dangerous) and tobacco on the driver seat. I complained to BMW UK and then got a call from the dealership. It was requested they had my car for a 3rd time to rectify. Courtesy car was a bit cleaner this time. It was agreed as a gesture of goodwill they would fill my car (it was half full already). I would hope so considering each time they have the vehicle it is an over 40 mile round trip and the paint should have been good when we collected originally. The car arrived back last friday and to date no follow up courtesy call to ask if we are now happy with the work. I have just spoken to BMW Uk and they were not interested in the slightest and just said we will let the dealership know. After a happy Jaguar owner for 3 years i would never recommend BMW to anyone.

Rybrook BMW Wolverhampton has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They failed to send me an MOT reminder then when I took my car in after driving it for 3 weeks unaware that my MOT was due they failed to let me know it had failed the MOT. They called to say I could pick it up at 17:30 so I assumed it was all ok. I’ve never encountered such incompetence, idiots.

Slight problem with my new car relating to brakes vibrating. All sorted under warranty and car returned back washed and clean. Great team in Wolverhampton since Rybrook took over - from sales to service. Well done Rybrook BMW Wolverhampton- keep it up!

Benham BMW were really good to deal with, they told me exactly how long everything was going to be getting the car sorted and they definitely deserve a good review. There was an issue with the car which wasn't covered by the warranty but they admitted it was a fault they should have seen before selling the car so they made the repairs at no cost to me. I'd happily recommend them.

I phoned up about the car and had a quick negotiation and was all done in a timely manner. When i went to see the car that day i took it home with me, make such a difference knowing nothing crops up last minute. I have actually had a couple of issues come up, which have been resolved but clearly i would rather they didnt happen at all but i cant blame Benham BMW for that.
