We’re now a two-car family thanks to the dogs. We decided to upsize and swapped our Jeep Cherokee for a Grand Cherokee to give them more room in the boot. One of our retrievers is really sensitive and took an immediate dislike to the boot beeping when it opened and closed. We managed to get him in once, but he’s never been back in since. My wife and I decided to buy another Cherokee to try and coax him back in. It’s taking a bit of time to get him settled again, but he’ll come around eventually. The chap at the dealership drove the car down to us free of charge and I gave him a lift back to the train station. His service was excellent, the car was great value and he really couldn’t have done much more for us. I hope he reads this feedback, as I believe in giving credit where credit’s due.

I’ve been shopping around for work vehicles for a while now, and I tell you what — I wish the commercial dealerships I’ve been dealing with were half as good as Berkshire Jeeps and Jags. Jason was absolutely top, top, top! He was very helpful, informative and did exactly what he said he was going to do, exactly when he said he’d do it. The Jeeps absolutely perfect and runs beautifully. I’m very happy and will definitely be back for another car in the future.

This is the second vehicle that I've bought from Berkshire Jeeps and Jags. I'm very pleased with the jaguar xtype. The purchase of the vehicle was very straightforward, it was a pleasure to deal with Jason and I would certainly recommend the company.

Good service and a good handover. Before I came to collect the car, they contacted me to let me know that all four tyres could do with being changed, which I appreciated. I paid a bit towards the cost with the dealership, and they replaced all four tyres and made sure the car was clean and ready when I arrived.

I’d give Jason at the dealership 5 stars. My new Jeep Grand Cherokee has been driving well.

I would give Berkshire Jeeps and Jags a five-star rating, as the dealership was helpful throughout the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee.
