Over the moon with the car and experience at Better Performance - I've never known a dealership like this. Any other experience when buying a car seemed to be quite stressful. The difference between Better Performance and other dealerships is: no nonsense process and non-pressurised selling. Everybody is welcoming, friendly and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. They will bend over backwards to get you what you want and they ensure the car is right for you and your needs. I will certainly be returning in the future for my next car, and the one after that - a truly great experience and one I will recommend to others!

Really nice guy who I deal with, he wasn't at all pushy and I could tell there was no pressure on him or me to buy/sell the car. The car would have sold no issue if it wasn't me buying it, it was a bargain for the age, spec and immaculate condition!! The car is unreal, really enjoying it and having some fun driving it. Thanks to the salesman for their help and advice, I felt like I knew everything I possibly could about the car - I will be back when I want to upgrade.

Recently bought a Golf and its mint, absolutely over the moon with it. Cracking car at a cracking price and the dealer was really sound. He took the time to explain things to me, didnt rush me or push me into the car, very helpful and loads of information given. Great dealer, highly recommend.

It was refreshing to deal with a salesman with no pressure selling tactics. The service was far better than I ever expected, the guys were very nice, decent people and made me feel very welcome. I liked that the dealer didnt pretend somebody else was on their way interested in the car, no looking over my shoulder, there was no pressure and I had no problems with the level of professionalism. They offered me a coffee, we sat and discussed the car and I was provided all the information needed to make my decision. The car was just as described in fantastic condition and a true beauty of a car. It only had 2000 miles on the clock so the car is pretty much brand new, very pleasant to drive - I'm over the moon with it. The stock list at Better Performance is pretty impressive, I would be inclined to buy from here again and I wouldn't think twice about recommending to other people.

I have had 4 Mini's before and my Son has a Mini, so when it came to upgraded, I knew exactly what I wanted spec wise. After searching online I found a Mini Convertible John Cooper (I've never had a John cooper works before) and the car looked amazing! The only downfall was the car was on the other side of the country so it meant blind buying online, which is always a risk. This Mini was in the exact colour and the exact spec I wanted. The only thing it didnt have which I wanted was the Union Jack lights - I've now had these fitted so the car is absolutely perfect for me. I don't usually deal with this sort of things I leave it down to my Husband, but I communicated with the salesman a lot, I was really comfortable dealing with them, they never patronised me, there was no hard selling pressure, the communicating was great. I couldn't have asked for a better service, it was brilliant and made so easy for me. I was really pleased to see that the car was sold exactly as it was, no hidden surprises at all. I have Covid currently so I've missed driving it the last few days, however, it looks very good on the drive 😍 I would happily recommend Better Performance to anybody looking to buy a new car, fantastic service and the most beautiful car!

Bought a Porsche Macan GTS trading in my car in the process. Paul dealt with everything very professionally and courteously over email initially then face to face on collection day. A small issue arose with the car after a couple of days but this was dealt with very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in using this dealer again and would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a performance car to give them a try.
