As a customer buying a second hand car, I understand things may break or need replacing etc, but its all about how the dealer handles and resolves the issue. In my case I purchased a lovely Golf but unfortunately, not so long after buying discovered some issues. I've contacted Better Performance and they have booked it in for their garage - they will be collecting it from me, completing the repairs and dropping it back off. The dealer apologised and reassured me all issues would be rectified. They haven't once made me feel awkward, they have been professional, helpful and very friendly during. Its nice to see that the customer service isn't just at sale, when the money changes hands, this dealership cares about the quality of the cars they sell, and want everything they send out to be perfect and if not resolve very quickly. I know I could be in a very different situation had I used a different dealer, so I'm very glad I chose the Golf from Better Performance. This has just showed me that if there is ever a problem, they will sort it out - I will 100% use this dealership, they have been fantastic.

I recently purchased a Porsche Macan for my Wife, we had been searching for some time when we came across this beautifully presented one at Better Performance. Paul and the team did an incredible job of providing top class customer service, remaining professional, yet helpful and easy to talk to. Utterly blown away with the BMW M2 I've purchased, I knew the car would be special but when it arrived on the truck I fell in love instantly with it, its a phenomenal car and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it. Paul has been absolutely brilliant through-out the sale, I've been very well looked after. Over the years I have bought many cars from many dealers but these guys are by far and away the best I’ve ever dealt with.
