I have no complaints at all regarding the customer service provided by Better Value Cars in Cardiff. The chap was fantastic, very informative and did what he could to ensure I was 100% happy with the car. I bought a BMW M2, the car is great, can't fault it. I would happily purchase here again in the future, I know I'd be looked after well. Thanks again Better Value Cars - I'll be recommending to others.

My next door neighbour was on the look out for a car for me, he found me a Volkswagen Golf at Better Value Cars, he recommended them on the back of a purchase he made a few months back. I spoke to the dealership about the car and they gave me all he details, it sounds like a great deal at the price it was up for, so I agreed to buy, it hadn't seen the car, I trusted the dealer that it would be as described. It was immaculate, great condition, price was good and low mileage. I'm enjoying the car, its great. Highly recommend Better Value Cars, I would buy again.

My father-in-law knows a guy who works at Better Value Cars, so he suggested I look with them for a new car. I looked at what they in, and also did some comparing around, the Audi A4 at Better Value was by far the best I'd found - in terms of; price, age, mileage, spec and condition. I went down to see the car and Paul and Lewis looked after me. They were amazing, great customer service skills. They kept me updated, answered all questions and were really helpful. I am really happy with the car and the service provided. The car is running nicely, I'm loving it! I will recommend to others moving forward, and I will buy from the dealership again in the future.

A chap I know had recently bought a lovely looking M2, he put some pictures up on social media. I had been on the look out for one for a few weeks, but hadn't quite found the right one. I contacted him and he bought from Better Value Cars, and to get in touch with them. I did, and they had the perfect BMW M2 in stock. I went to view it straight away, and agreed the sale. It was really last minute and they managed to fit me in that day. It was quick, easy and the gentleman who dealt with me was so helpful and friendly. I'm enjoying the car, its been great since buying it. Its not really been great weather to see its full potential, but I'm keen to get out in it and really get a feel for the car. I'm over the moon with my Range Rover Sport from Better value cars. I have just driven to Cornwall in it, so its had a decent run, and its been perfect, very reliable! The car so nice, it really is. Its lovely and comfortable, drives smoothly, the best car I've owned. I'm chuffed with it. Ash was superb, through-out the sale he was brilliant, helpful, kind, informative. He wasn't pushy or rushing me at all, it was the ideal situation and everything and more I would hoped for from a salesman. I can't fault anything, it was great from beginning to end - fantastic lads and a fantastic car.

This was the first time I've purchased from Better Value Cars in Cardiff - but it certainly won't be the last time. I have bought a couple of cars previously from Better Value Cars, I recently part exchanged my Range Rover that I had from them and bought an Audi A5. They didn't have the A5 I wanted, I was quite specific on spec, mileage. age etc - Paul actually sourced the car for me, and when I went to view it, it was perfect! Paul is always on the ball - he can't do enough for us. I think Better Value cars will always be my go to dealership, I always point friends and family in their direction, because I know they will be looked after. I think when you find a car dealership that value your custom and genuinely look after you, you will always be a returning customer. The A5 is great, its very different to the Range but its a fantastic car - we've not had much chance to get out in it, but what I have driven of it, its lovely.

Better Value Cars was absolutely fantastic with me, from first contacting Paul, he was so helpful, polite and really knowledgeable. I had so many questions, back and forth and Paul always came back to me really quickly and answered anything I asked. I saw Better Value Cars advertised on Instagram and went through to have a nosey at what they had in. I found a stunning BMW M2. When I viewed the car, the M2 was presently immaculately. It was clean inside and out, no marks / dents, it was in top condition. I have had the car a couple of weeks now, and it's spot on. I'm loving driving it, its a great car. Really happy with the sale and purchase - I will definitely look here again when I'm ready to upgrade!
