Having paid £500 for a policy to cover minor damage to my new car for paintwork and scratches to alloys, when I tried to make a claim they state that it is not within the policy limit! I have taken photos and measurements to prove that it is but they keep declining the claim. I will not give up and I would NEVER purchase any Marshall Care packages again. Having read other reviews on Audi Bexley, I have to agree they are really bad. I ended up going to Audi in Surrey as they were more helpful and professional! It’s as if they’re not interested in finding a car for you - don’t call you back etc! They lost a sale from me because of their bad service. My advice is to use another Audi dealership!
I placed a test-drive request for e-tron. A person called me to take some details, asked me to visit showroom at particular date and time to have a look at the car. When I arrived, along with my wife and kids, no one was expecting us. I completely understand the pressure and environment we are in - I was ready to wait. However, we were asked to leave immediately right at the door, without checking any details, and wait for a call back. I was happy to wait, and just have a look specifically at rears seats and boot space only- as I was in a position to place the order online later, and this would have taken less than 5 minutes- but they refused, despite several e-trons parked right next to us. What was most shocking and unacceptable was the fact that they didn’t even spare our children. They could hear my two years old daughter crying for water, no one came to help. When my wife asked them if there was any water available in store- we were informed, very rudely indeed, that “there is no water in entire store due to COVID”. This is utterly ridiculous, embarrassing and I must say - anti-social gesture by store personnel. I myself work in hospital and we don’t refuse water even at most critical areas designed for COVID, to see this being done to us and specially to my infant was unbelievable. At the end, I lost my patience and wished to leave, after having a word with their manager. They kept us waiting forever as their manager was apparently very busy, while my child kept crying with thirst. I had no other option but to leave, and they took my details to call back...I’m still waiting...obviously. I know it’s not the end of the world for me and they won’t bother loosing one customer- but I live and work in an environment where each and every patient of mine matter to me and my team; and therefore, in present unprecedented times, when people are coming together to help and comfort each other - people like Bexley Audi are unfortunate exceptions, who don’t care about professional courtesy, goodwill and even young children
Is bexley Audi open for customers or closing down - I have tried since 8am today to call the main line they opened at 8:20am the service line I then connected to 5 times and still at 9:28 no response - I went onto their “live feed” discussion line and still am no further to receiving Audi’s fabulous aftercare as sold when I purchased the car - this dealership is useles.
Had a terrible experience with Audi at bexley, owned a car for just over a year and had so many little problems with the car, service was awful. It got so bad that I paid to come out of my finance deal in the end.
