I called to speak with a sales representative in this branch and got asked who am I, what’s my name I told her my name 3 times she said she cannot hear it’s a very bad line, so I asked can you transfer me to the sales representative please, she said if I can’t hear who you are then bye what kind of a rubbish is this am buying a car not a man or a woman customer service is very alarming they need to acknowledge that without us buying their cars they don’t get paid simply treat people professional, the first time I visit this branch the girl was talking to colleagues doing something different with them no acknowledgement at all that we are standing there waiting people don’t buy no cars from rude people no respect, I called on August 31 after 3pm asked the person who was on shift that evening she really needed a lot more training

I ordered an Audi S3 Vorsprung in August 2022 and George Cloono was the sales exec. George couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting me to choose the most suitable spec as well as advising on the cost benefits of S3 versus RS3. George kept me updated throughout the manufacturing and delivery process and helped with some last minute order changes such as space saver spare wheel rather than repair kit. On the day of arrival George ensured all was prepared and even presented me with a birthday gift which was perfect for my S3. Many thanks and highly recommended!

Been buying new cars from them for the last 15 years. Spend north of £250k on cars. My last car is almost £90k, and everytime I request to get it look at for issues, and request a replacement car, its never available or have to wait for 2 months to get one. That is a joke. Noone is there to help you or call you back. Few weeks ago I went to test drive the new Q8 etron (£99k) was given 5 minutes with it. Needless to say did not ordered through them. Will never buy agin from them.
I called this branch several times this morning as no one was answering after I kept trying the phone finally answered. As no one was available to answer my query I was promised a call back until now as not happened. This is my first experience with an Audi which is not great!!
Well … where to start .. long story short please avoid buying any “approved used “ Audi car from this branch… very bad experience with them … lack of problem solving especially from the “approved used manager” … I bought an A4 car from this branch on the 28th of February.. Drove back to home then three lights come on as you can see on the picture .. Engine light, ad blue light and tyre pressure light .. had to take the car back (220 miles) to the branch to return the car on the 2nd of March … can you believe that an approved used car FROM an Approved branch BROKE after just 1 day with ENGINE lights on and then the approved used car manager telling me that I spent too much mileage .. I think he should thought I should get the car flying back to his branch!!! … So my advice to you who is reading this is PLEASE DO NOT BUY from THIS BRANCH….

Booked my daughter's car in for a service and for some other bits to be assessed: keys needed new batteries, tyre pressures were complaining, handbrake not great - not too many and not difficult. I got a voicemail around lunch to advise that the services weren't due, fair enough I hadn't checked to be honest, and that I could collect the car. I called back and left a message to discuss with the girl I'd dealt with in the morning -i received no call back. I picked the car up in the evening and was told the key batteries had not been replaced but Bobby replaced them quickly. He then took me to the car which was mysteriously still in the same bay I'd parked it in earlier. Lo and behold, parking brake not looked at (the handbrake is digital, says Bobby), tyre pressure warning not looked at (not written down this morning). To be fair, he did apologise and offered immediate attention if I brought it back. I don't think I will somehow -- I should've read the reviews!! Car didn't move, not seen to, not cleaned.
If you are looking to buy a new or approved used Audi my advice to you would be DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I bought a Q5 from here, have no end of grief with it. I was refused a refund, forced into keeping a car that was issue after issue and having spent £27500 I expect ALOT BETTER!! The sales team and other members of staff that I have had to deal were pleasant people but still have not managed to sort problems out between then. It has been an absolute sh*t show and I feel sick to the bottom of my stomach for having spent so much money in their sales room!!! DO NOT GO TO AUDI BEXLEY!!
Having read reviews online, it seems that Audi Bexley only gives a s### about selling cars, a job they seem to do well. But avoid at all cost for servicing and all the rest. No one ever calls you back, I’m still waiting for a refund from 3 months ago and was left with no other choice but to turn up in person to get answers. But even then their head of servicing doesn’t give a crap. I will take legal action and report on social media.
