I was very impressed with the experience I had at the dealership, it was an enjoyable process with great customer service. I am also very pleased with my new vehicle everything is going perfectly.

I came across the dealership while browsing online and I called up to go view some cars, the communication was great throughout from the first phone call to me driving away. There was never any pressure on the sale, it was quick and simple.

No complaints at all, I have been enjoying my new car a lot it is a great drive, no issues. I am waiting for a replacement part for a button, but the staff at the dealership have kept me updated and been responsive to make sure this is sorted for me. They were accommodating throughout the sale. The car was cleaned for me also. I am overall very pleased with my first experience with BFC.

I have absolutely no complaints about my buying experience. The customer service was brilliant, there was no hard sell and I felt that everyone was really helpful. The car it's self has been brilliant.

Bought a Ford Focus and so far its been good but a few issues have since popped up. Found the customer service to be fine, all good, and whilst I hope to not have to buy another vehicle for a while I would go back and recommend them.
