Regarding the rear doors, when the order process started, we went through the details of what the vehicle would be used for and the temperature requirements. We suggested modular rear doors to best suit those needs, but you decided to go with the standard option. After you began using the van and realised the rear door configuration wasn’t ideal, we offered to fit the doors as an optional upgrade at cost to help resolve the issue, but we understand you decided not to move forward with that option. In terms of the back step, the exposed metal is a standard finish across most refrigerated vans and doesn’t affect the van’s performance. That being said, we’re more than happy to fiberglass and paint the rear step for you at no extra cost, and we’re awaiting for your confirmation to get that scheduled.
