Wow. Booked an appointment to see a car yesterday. When I got there they hadnt got it out, so couldn’t test drive it. Came back today to test drive and buy, with an appointment. They kept us waiting for an hour before we walked out. They kept saying it was being brought down, but I could see that it hadn’t even been moved. The most shockingly bad service I’ve ever seen. Needless to say, we’ve bought from elsewhere. Wasted a day and they didn’t care less.

Completely misled by Big Motoring World. When viewing my car, I raised concerns about the milage & was reassured by the sales advisor it had just had a major service. Shortly afterwards, whilst still on site, I was pushed to pay a £50 deposit to have the car removed from the website, the listing & service history was then unavailable to me. I wasn't then shown the service history again until the purchase was complete. It was only then that I discovered the vehicle has not had the major service I was told it had. Just a multi point inspection. They have refused to take responsibility and this is now with The Motor Ombudsman for investigation. BE AWARE - VERBAL ASSURANCES ARE LEGALLY PART OF THE SALES PROCESS. Don't let them lie to you and if they do - take it further!!

This company is still terrible. I bought a car here a while ago and had a terrible time. Scammers.The sellers are clueless about the cars, lie, and have a terrible refund policy. Never go there.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. When I bought the car, no one mentioned anything about it having been repainted. I was told the vehicle went through a 200-point inspection, which made me trust that everything had been properly checked and that there were no hidden issues. Only later did I find out that the car had been painted—something that should have been disclosed upfront, as it often indicates past damage or repair. This is clear misrepresentation, whether it was intentional or just poor communication from their staff. As someone who’s not a car expert, I relied on their inspection and professional reputation. But that trust was completely broken. When I raised the issue, they refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. It's extremely frustrating to be treated this way by a large company that should stand behind its vehicles and claims. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to get an independent inspection and not rely solely on their word. This was a bad experience, and I do not recommend them at all.

Sold me a faulty car, NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALES TEAM ARE HORRIBLE. SCAMMERS. DISHONEST COMPANY.

They are pure crap scammers. Sold us a car for just 18k and a 3 years warranty. The car broke down twice in less than a year for what is clearly an existing fault, first after few months and few hundreds miles and again after few more months. They refuse to repair it with even with warranty although we had it professionally checked and showing the car has issues to the gearbox. We drove it approximately for two thousand miles and never had any accident. They are just a bad company, don't buy from them. Now we have an expensive faulty car and can't afford to buy another.
