I'm honestly baffled and extremely unimpressed by this garage. They self admit that they do the bare minimum to the cars to get them sold, so very little care taken of the cars and left with much work to be done. I've never witnessed such unmotivated, uninspiring staff! The salesman even made it clear he didn't have any motivation to sell me the car as he would get "£20 commission if I sold it". There was a man who called himself a manager who was patronising and facetious - surely these people should have at least 1 out of 2 of customer service skills OR sales skills...but no, these people had neither. Had to wait nearly an hour to be seen despite having a booking. Please save yourself some time and head elsewhere!

They are compulsive liars 100 workers who sit around doing NOTHING. They have terrible attitudes, they want to rush you through as if it is not a long term commitment then they act sneaky about what the actual plan is if you are an older person do not go here as they will try and lie to you they feel that we are all stupid and not knowledgeable on what financing a car entails. WORST STAFF I have EVER come across in my life.

They are dishonest and attempt to pressure you to to purchase a vehicle there and then. They lie and fob you off constantly and do not do what they say they will. Between departments it is failed promises and conflicting statements. Their warranty they advertise is useless and just attempt to upsell you

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen extremely disappointed with my experience at big motoring world . I wanted to buy a vehicle I had seen online I came in to test drive the vehicle with my partner on a Saturday we liked it , we then placed a reservation on the vehicle so that no one could buy it , I then call the sales team up later on that day to discuss payment for the vehicle and that my 3rd party finance team would be in touch to get things started . Didn’t hear anything from big motoring world even though my finance team had sent all the information over to get this sorted . so I call big motoring world up on the Sunday and they say they can’t sell the vehicle as someone has already placed a reservation on the vehicle which isn’t in my name (Tom ) and I said I know it’s in my partners name (emily )so I said if she takes the reservation off then can you give authorisation to sell the vehicle to myself and they said yes , so we did exactly that . So after this no one had called or emailed me to tell me about any progress with the sale so I waited patiently till Monday morning and looked online to see if the car had been taken off the website but it hadn’t, there was now a new reservation put on the vehicle which at this point I thought great they have put it in my name instead now ,so I call big motoring world just to confirm but to my surprise they say they can’t sell me the vehicle now as someone else has placed a reservation on the vehicle and that I will have to wait till Tuesday when they are coming in for a test drive and if they don’t want to buy it then I can purchase the vehicle which makes no sense at all as you have customer who is ready to buy the vehicle or a customer who might not even buy the vehicle and now your willing to loose a guaranteed sale over a possible sale , I’ve been in sales for over 10 years and this is just a joke . Finally after lots of back and forth I managed to buy the vehicle but within a week of having the vehicle there was a loud noise coming from the exhaust so I drove the car back to the Enfield branch and they there is nothing they can do here but I should download the warranty app and report my issue and someone would be in touch so I did exactly that but low and behold after 3 week of waiting for a call or email I get nothing so I call them up and tell them my issue they say to take it to a garage and to get a quote for the work needed so I did that and sent it over but they won’t cover the full cost only the cost of parts and I would have to pay the rest being £160 and during this process of back and forth emails another problem arises as soon as we get rain there is now water leaking through my windscreen . So I now call big motoring world directly and try to get these issues resolved as I’ve been sold a faulty motor , they say they understand my frustration and they would look into the problem with my exhaust with the warranty company and for me to now get a quote to fix my windscreen too but after detailed videos of the leak and quotes apparently that’s not enough and now I need to loose a days wage take a day off work to drive down to Kent which is 2 hours 30 mins there and 2hours 30 mins back for there team to asses the problem which I can’t afford to be doing . I called big motoring world again and discussed with them they are not being helpful after patiently waiting so long for these problems to be fixed they said they would call the warranty team and get this sorted and someone would be in touch it’s now a week later and still nothing at all . From placing the first issue with them to now it has been ongoing for 2 months . Absolute joke .I come to buy a good vehicle with a 200 point check done but obviously this isn’t the case avoid at all cost !! will not be using in future

Big Motoring World (Enfield) sold me a defective vehicle. To be exact, they sold me a vehicle with 2 of the 4 cyclinders completely destroyed. I reported the problem within 45 days and they basically kept asking me the same questions, taking days to reply so the warranty period of 90 days would elapse. They then acknowledged their sale of a defective vehicle but claimed they would not fix it because the warranty had expired. They refuse to fix the issue considering the Consumer Rights Act 2015 deems them liable for the sale of a defective vehicle. I spoke to an Alex Thomas (Big Motoring Enfield) who seeed helpful at first then I realised was also part of the stalling 'scheme' they had going on.

Had a great experience from the team. Salim from Finance was really good & helpful, answered all questions efficiently & was very professional.

We bought a Ford Kuga, reported a knocking noise and all they had to say is use the Warranty, well, how useless that was, the warranty dont cover investigations!!! We have now paid a lot of money for investigations and the two garages we took it to say it needs stripping to find the issue - there warranty wont cover that also! The knocking noise is getting worse. Now Big Motoring World arent even communicating!!! Be aware. All I want is the car in good working order we paid A LOT of money for. Not good.

We went to Big Motoring World in Enfield and had excellent service provided by Drew Townsend. He went above and beyond and is a credit to the company. He explained things in detail and easy to understand. Also provided us with refreshments and great service overall. We are more than happy to get our new car. Thanks Drew.
Friendly staff good service and well priced cars. Personally for me this is the place to buy a well priced car
