I am absolutely loving the Nissan Juke. It is a great quality vehicle and suits all my necessary requirements. The service from Birchwood Motor Centre was exceptional. All the staff were super helpful and responsive to any of my questions. They made sure my part exchange was nice and easy also. I would definitely recommend Birchwood Motor Centre.

The BMW is marvellous! I absolutely love it. The guys down at the dealership are fantastic. I've bought cars from Dean for a long time now, I think this might be my 6th car from him. I've previously had Mercs, Jaguars and an Audi TT which have all been amazing but I thought I'd go for something new and liked the look of a BMW 1 Series. Very different for me, but I went for it. Its a lovely car, quite quiet compared to some others but such a smooth and enjoyable drive. I absolutely love going down to Birchwood, I love the interaction with the guys! They might be salesmen but they just speak to you like normal people, not hard selling, just a general chit chat. Even Billy the mechanic is a star there, he works extremely hard to get the cars immaculately clean! I can't fault a single thing about any of the lads there. I'd give them 5's straight across the board!

Absolutely in love with my Mercedes! I spotted the car on autotrader... unfortunately I'm in Devon so about 200 miles away! Luckily, my brother in law lives just around the corner so he was able to go down and have a look at the car for me and check it over. He said it was in good nick and looked in mint condition, so I took his word and went for it. The dealership were great, I wanted to get rid of my previous car but it needed a few bits doing beforehand, they were patient in waiting for me to get all that sorted and I really appreciated that. They said that they would deliver the car to me (massive massive help with been so far away), it was delivered on time and a nice and easy process for me. The car was as described when it arrived, I was buzzing with it! Its been driving lovely ever since and I'm over the moon that I went for it !

All is hunky dory with the Volkswagen Passat! Absolutely brilliant car and a fantastic bloke down there too. I've had no issues with the car and have to say, it has probably been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Made up with how the fella dealt with everything, he made sure everything was sorted out for me and it was all spot on. I've no complaints at all.

A very quick turnaround at Birchwood. I enquired about the Ford Edge via Car Guru and luckily it was still available. I went to view it and was very pleased with it. The guys at the dealership were all very friendly and more than helpful. The process was nice and straightforward and I'm very pleased with how everything was handled. Really enjoying the Fiat Panda. Its a lovely little car and just perfect for what I need. The customer service at Birchwood was fab, all really lovely genuine people. I was looking for a new little work car so was browsing online. I spotted the Kia and it ticked all my boxes so I decided to go down to Birchwood and have a look at it. Luckily, I'm pretty local so it didn't take too long to get there. The guys down there were all really welcoming and helpful. I was shown around the car but there was no pressure to buy, absolutely perfect. I cant complain about anything at all about the process. Love my new Corsa... it everything I wanted and more!!!!! I picked it up and it was all nice clean and tidy! Smelt so fresh, I got the 'new car buzz'! I've had so much fun in it, it still feels like a new car feels every time I drive it 😁😁
