Really nice people at birchwood motor centre, they were great. very easy to talk to, and worked quickly to get me in the car I wanted. Very pleased with the Kadjar I bought, its a lovely car and performing just as expected. I highly recommend this dealership - I will use again in the future.

My parents recently bought a car from Birchwood motor centre and then recommend I used them as I was looking for a new car. I bought a Mini Cooper from them and its perfect, I'm really happy with it. Customer service was brilliant, Jamie and Dean couldn't be any more helpful. Jamie was so helpful and knew everything about the car, really knowledgeable and Dean helped me through the finance side of things - he was great, really helpful. I bought the most perfect car from Birchwood Motor Centre recently! Its a Land Rover Discovery Sport and I am over the moon with it!! Its beautiful, it drives well, looks immaculate, in great condition and the price was very good for the age and mileage! Exceptional customer service, always available for help and very quick communication. The whole process is easy, smooth and laid back. I will 100% buy from Birchwood again in the future.

I called Birchwood in the morning to discuss potentially buying a BMW 118, when I called Jamie took some details, we had a chat through everything and I left a deposit. I then spoke to another gentleman, he was brilliant, he helped me through the finance details etc, I was approved and Jamie rang me back to see when would be best to collect. I said as soon as possible, and I went that afternoon and drove the car away. I couldn't have asked for anything better at all, really really helpful and accommodating. Jamie was amazing through-out and I cant thank him enough, I will certainly be back to Birchwood when I want to upgrade again.

I purchased a car recently from Birchwood and when buying Dean was excellent, really really good. He was really informative, helpful and provided a quick, easy service, it ran like clockwork. A short while after having the car, I had a few issues, I contacted Dean and he apologised, reassured me the issues would be rectified and remained polite and professional through-out. He gave me a few options, but the best, was to have the issues resolved locally and they would reimburse me. I cannot believe how quickly the issues were dealt with, Dean handled it perfectly!! I couldn't have asked for anymore. Although I had a few minor problems, it's how the dealer resolved this that impressed me. Now everything is sorted, the Golf is perfect, its very nice to drive and soon shifts! Its the best car I've ever owned, very pleased with it. Thanks to Dean and Birchwood for helping me even after the sale, the aftersales service is just as great!

Considering the situation we are in, the lads at Birchwood did everything they possible could to ensure a smooth, quick and stress-free purchase. I mainly dealt with Jamie - he was brilliant, ever so friendly and very polite. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and helpful though, if I called and Jamie was busy, somebody always offered to help me, and Jamie always got back to me quickly too. I bought a Ford Edge, its very enjoyable to drive, really happy with it. I can't fault the customer service, process or the car, all perfect!!

I just bought a 66 plate Nissan Qashqai from the chaps at Birchwood, and I'm chuffed to bits with it. This is the 3rd purchase made from this dealership, and all future vehicle purchases will be with them as well. I have got to know the guys at the dealership over the last 5 years when I've been buying cars from them, and hand on heart, they are amazing at what they do and will certainly look after you. They always source cars for me, I contact them and tell them what I want and within days, they have sourced, prepped and got the car ready for me. The Qashqai is perfect, really enjoying it, it's running and driving smoothly and its a very comfortable. Thanks again Birchwood, I will see you all again very soon!

I just upgraded my car to a Mercedes-Benz, and wow! The car is lovely, its immaculate, in top condition, clean, shiny, low mileage, looks perfect and its beautiful to drive! I am really really happy with it, I'm glad I chose to buy from Birchwood Motor Centre, Jamie was absolutely lovely, he really took care of me, he was down to earth, explained everything thoroughly, helpful, he handled everything very well and did everything and more than I expected. I will defo go back to Birchwood when I need a new car again. Although it was a very different experience of buying a car and I didnt get the usual showroom experience, they team did a fantastic job, and I got exactly what I wanted! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
