Very happy with my Nissan Micra, the price was the best I'd seen for the year and mileage, the car was really clean and shiny when I collected it - just over-all really pleased with everything. Kelvin was really helpful and talked me through the process and steps, there was lots of communication back and forth and they always responded to me very quickly. No problems at all, really nice dealership and I would buy from them again.

Birchwood Motor Centre were absolutely brilliant when I bought my Seat Ibiza!! I click and collected the car a couple of weeks ago. The whole showroom was covid-safe and collection was contact free. The customer service provided was perfect, they made me feel very valued, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The first drive I did in the Ibiza was to Scotland, so quite a distance and the car was perfect and its been perfect since buying, I'm really happy with it. Although its very far away, I will 100% buy my next car from this dealership, great company!
