Royden was spot on, I had to take the car back shortly after purchase to have some work done that they completed without questions. If it wasn't for the issue I had, then it would have been 5 out of 5.

I'd recommend Birchwood Motor Centre, I recently bought a Dacia Duster in November. I haven't had any issues so far. All the staff were lovely.

Definitely a 5 star experience. At first I was dealing with Luke, who I could not fault, and then he went on holiday, and I was passed over to another gentleman who was also great. I can't fault the service whatsoever.

5, it took around 4 hours for everything to be done, see the car, test the car, and get all finance sorted, could not have asked for anything better

I have been enjoying the Discovery I purchased from Birchwood Motor Centre back in November and Dean was more than helpful throughout the whole process.

I dealt with Luke on the day, who answered all of my queries, and the Ford Focus has been running well. The only thing that stopped me from giving it full marks is that it only came with one key.
