My Nissan has been brilliant and I’m happy with it, no issues at all. Jamie’s service was fine, 4 stars only because I'm just waiting on a follow up call to bring it back in for scratches that were agreed at the sale.

Overall had a very good experience in purchasing my first car and would recommend. Tej was my sales person who was very friendly, relaxed and easy to speak to from point of enquiry to sale. All questions were answered and I was price matched against a Ford dealership too. The Motor Centre is right next to Cardrome Learner Centre and I was allowed to test drive here too. Only points of feedback is that some nudging was needed towards chasing some paperwork afterwards but this was all resolved.

This is my first time owning a Nissan Qashqai and I'm loving it. I think Luke was the salesman that looked after me on the day and he was really good throughout. I've got no complaints.

I really like the car, it’s lovely and I’m enjoying it. This was my first time visiting Birchwood Motor Centre, and I think the way they sell is really good. You get to walk around and test drive on your own, so there’s no pressure at all. The only downside is that I’m still waiting on the spare key, it’s been 5 weeks since I got the car and I haven’t heard anything back about it.

I was able to get the best deal and the right van for my use and as a first timer buying a van I got the support to walk through the experience and feel safe and confident with my choice . I was hesitant due to my credit score but yet they found the right deal and payment plan that suits me so I am forever greatful to Jet and his team

no one tried to keep pushing for a sale at Birchwood that I enjoyed the experience of my looking and asking your advice and of course a big selling point for me was using your own driving track. Finally, as you know prior to this I'd had 5 new cars over 10 years and your'e valeting was as good as it gets.

I would highly recommend birchwood , they are all great help . I love that when you go to have a look around they ask you once if you need any help then leave you to it where as some other car places constanly harras you and end up pushing you away. I have had 8 cars from birchwood and have always been amazing , the cars have always been great price and if there is any problems there always there to fix them straight away . I would never go anywhere else and love that they have the cardrome next door where you can test drive the cars . Recently got my new car through dean and he was amazing help but have previously had cars from Jamie, mitchel and some of the other men there . 5/5 would definitely recommend

It would be hard to think of anything to know the score down to anything less than 5 stars. This was my first time visiting Birchwood Motor Centre and Dean was a nice guy to deal with. A took him up on the offer to take the Nissan out for a test drive, and throughout the process, I didn't feel any pressure from his side. There are a couple of minor things with the car but all in all, it's okay and I'm happy with it.
