Overall the process of getting the car is 5. However the car itself has some issues, the car keeps jerking forward when its coming to a stop and jerking when its pulling off.

Dean was very informative, he made sure to ring me when the car was ready for me to come a view, I came in it was all ready for me, they gave me keys and let me take the time to test drive by myself without any pressure. I even got a 3000 mile warranty with the car which was a nice touch. Very helpful staff, no complaints.

Second time i have been to Birchwood. Each time I have dealt with Jamie, he could not be more helpful, he is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with each time. I would highly recommend him, a true credit to the Birchwood team!

Everything is absolutely amazing with my new car. I am enjoying it and touch wood haven't had any problems. The service at Birchwood was amazing, they bent over backwards for me to provide the highest level of customer care. Within 24 hours of contacting them the car was delivered and on my drive. It was delivered at 7am and I live 3 hours away so they were up at 4am getting the car to me. Birchwood have an superb team they are all amazing, especially Royden. I would highly recommend and absolutely use them again!

I love the car I purchased, it drives great and looks great, I am going in next week just to get some touch ups, but that is no issue at all. Jamie has been helping me from start to finish, he is great, very easy to deal with and is responsive when needed. I actually got recommend by a long time friend and I am pleased with these recommendation. I am already thinking about recommending Birchwood myself, great dealership.

I have used Birchwood Motor Centre for many years, I trust them fully. They are some of the loveliest people you will come across, always polite and willing to help. This time round has been no different than my other buying experiences apart from some newer staff haha! Brilliant from start to finish a 10 star service. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

I would rate Birchwood a 4/5 this is because I was told by the salesman the car would have a full tank of petrol but it didn't and that was disappointing and it did take a bit to get my tax refund and logbook, but that being said it is all sorted now. The buying process went well, I was really pleased with it, they let me drive the car around long enough for me to get a good feel for it. They were very knowledgeable which put confidence in me as a customer. And I didn't at any point feel rushed into the sale, can't fault in that aspect.

Jamie was nothing but helpful, he was such a pleasure to deal with, made the purchase a positive one. Everything was done quickly and the car was prepared and ready for when I wanted it.
