This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Birchwood Motor Centre, and just like the last two, they were fantastic. Luke was brilliant throughout and went above and beyond for me. I ordered some private plates, and he even put them on for me. Five stars, I would give them six if I could.

The Vauxhall Grandland X we purchased in June has been good. It’s bigger than our last car, so it has taken a bit of getting used to, but it is easy to drive. We would recommend the dealership to others and would also consider returning in the future if we were to buy another car, though we don’t plan on buying one any time soon.

Since the purchase of the Audi A6, there have been no problems and it has been running smoothly.

I would highly recommend the salesman Dean, he couldn’t have done enough for me. I didn’t visit the car in person and did everything over WhatsApp, and the car was exactly as described. He answered my questions straight away and wasn’t pushy at all.

I am more than happy with the car. I was looking on AutoTrader when I came across Birchwood Motor Centre, so I went directly to their website where I found the 1 Series. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a car and thought I might have some issues, but the salesman was very accommodating, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better—10/10.

This is our second time purchasing from Birchwood Motor Centre. We bought a Vauxhall Mokka about a year ago and decided we wanted to upgrade, so we went back to Birchwood and got an MG. The team there are courteous and don’t push you to make a decision, they let you look around in your own time. For that reason, we wouldn’t go anywhere else, and when people ask, we always direct them straight to Birchwood Motor Centre. It’s five stars all the way.

I dealt with Dean on the day of the purchase, he was great. If I needed anything or wanted to ask anything, he made sure that I got what I needed. I was looking online for a Golf, and I’m glad I found Birchwood Motor Centre. It was a really good experience overall.

I came across Birchwood Motor Centre through Startline Finance. I was looking for a Vauxhall Astra. The car has been good other than a slight issue that I have had resolved.

When I purchased the car, after four days I had some issues, but I must say the aftersales was good as they got in straight away to try and rectify the issues. It would have been a 5-star experience if I didn't have to take the car back
