Everything with my Ford has been all good.

There's always room for improvement for everyone, which is why I haven't given top marks. But Jamie, the salesman was fantastic, he was very helpful to be honest, and easy to get along with. As for the car, the BMW has been great, and I love it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Birchwood Motor Centre. I placed a deposit on a vehicle, under the clear expectation that it would be secured for me. However, despite this, the dealership went ahead and sold the car to someone else without informing me. To make matters worse, when I asked if the car was ready, I was falsely told that it had an issue with the boot and was booked into Kia for repairs. This was clearly a lie, as the car was then sold to another customer. Such dishonest behaviour is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. Additionally, I was promised a loan car until another vehicle was sourced, yet when I asked about it, this promise was not upheld. This situation has left me without a car, which has been incredibly difficult given that I have a young family. The lack of accountability and care shown by Birchwood Motor Centre has caused significant inconvenience and stress, and I would strongly caution others against trusting them. A deposit should mean that the vehicle is reserved, and it is disgraceful that I was misled and ultimately left without the car I had committed to purchasing. I strongly urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with Birchwood Motor Centre, as their business practices do not honour commitments made to their customers. I will be taking this matter further to ensure others are aware of their conduct.

Car is good as gold. No concerns (at least none so far!). Excellent support and help from Luke throughout the process.Only thing is I'm waiting for a copy of the pre delivery service schedule, which I need to support the warranty. If could have that, it's a 5 star rating from me. The car was immaculately presented.

A truly tailored service from Birchwood. I didn't feel pushed at all and could tell they were genuine about customer experience. I got my car delivered without ever seeing it in person. It was a big commitment, but I was sent many videos and photos and had all my questions answered. The delivery itself was great—it was on time, and the whole process was quick. I would really recommend Birchwood to anyone looking to get a car delivered and have a great customer experience.

I recently went with my son to birchwood to purchase his first car, he has been very happy with it. His test is coming up soon so we got the car to get some extra practice in before this. The staff at Birchwood were brilliant and made the whole experience wonderful for us. There was an oil leak on the car but the staff got this sorted for us straight away, with no issues. Everything was handled amazingly.

Birchwood has been one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Dean helped me on the day, and he honestly couldn’t do enough for me. It was a really great experience.
