We have been going to Birchwood Motor Centre a long time, we have had 4 motors from them in the past, and Jamie looked after us. 5 stars without question.

My first car was a Polo 1 litre, so I was looking for a 1.2 to have an increase in speed, which I have 100% noticed since buying the Vauxhall Corsa. I was just looking for a compact car that was cheaper on insurance and the Vauxhall was cheaper than some of the German cars I was looking at. Whilst buying the Corsa, it was all seamless really, I was in and out, which is just what I was looking for.

Originally I was recommended to Birchwood by a friend of mine. I had a look at the Google reviews and was happy with what I read. When I went to the dealership, Jamie guided me through the entire process, making it easy for me. He was truly amazing before and after the purchase.

Royden at the dealership showed a really good level of customer service. We got to go out on a test drive on our own and were given the freedom and space to test the car, which I thought stood out. I was specifically looking for the Ford Fiesta, and since buying it, I have been getting on really well with it. Would buy from them again in the future.

Having recently bought a BMW X5, as I needed a bigger engine, my experience at Birchwood was good. Jamie was the salesman who helped me throughout the process, I'd give it full marks.

I have bought from Birchwood Motor Centre in the past, they always provide a good level of service. I dealt with Jamie this time, and he was great. The Nissan Qashqai I bought has not had any problems, and I have been enjoying it.

I have been enjoying the Audi Q3 and am happy with the customer service.

I was specifically looking for the Ford Galaxy. I found one advertised on Autotrader. It has been driving okay other than a few small issues which I will get sorted. I only use it to get to and from work. It all went as expected really. The only thing I would mention, and this would have bumped it up to a 5-star, is if the test drive was a bit longer and I could have got more of a feel for the car. So overall it's a 4 out of 5.

I was in need of a swap out, as the insurance on my previous car was too much. I decided on a Mercedes CLA. I have used other dealerships in the area previously and heard that Birchwood Motor Center is reliable. The service was fast, and I got the car the following day. I'd recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

I am happy with the service, Luke was great. He answered all the questions and queries I had. We have had some issues since the purchase, but they have been helpful in advising us to get them sorted. So we are still happy and would rate the experience a 4 star.
