Went to Birchwood Motor Centre after seeing it on online, I wasn’t specifically looking for the Peugeot 2008 I actually had a different car in mind. They had a good selection and different options, so I ended up changing my mind. I was dealing with a gentleman called Jamie and he was really good, he was helpful, he wasn’t pushy, attentive and really good to talk to. He had a lot of knowledge, and it was a really pleasant experience and amazing service from start to finish!

When I was looking to buy a car, I had decided to go to Birchwood Motor Centre where I ended up getting a Ford Fiesta, which has been great. Luke was amazing! He went the extra mile, every time I asked him a question, he was really good and quick with his responses. I would give them a 10/10 if I could, and I would most definitely go back if I needed a new car.

Went to Birchwood Motor Centre because I needed a bigger car to be able to fit my grandchildren’s car seats in and also a pram in the boot, I previously only had a small car. The Ford C-Max has been all good, they were very helpful and it was a really quick decision for me.

It was a great experience at Birchwood Motor Centre, I was looking online which isn’t firstly not far from me so it’s convenient. I drive past them often and they have good selection and at different ranges of cost which I think is important. Dean was fabulous! He made it an easy experience for me and he was brilliant, very supportive and when he wasn’t there, he got someone else to help him. It was really good, great support there. The Hyundai is going well and is an enjoyable drive.

Was looking for either a Nissan or Kia, I went to Birchwood Motor Centre as me and my family have been 6 times. Luke who I spoke to was great! He couldn’t have been more helpful. I went in for my MOT and when I was coming out, I had walked into him. I told him I was looking for a new car and what I was looking for. Over the next couple of days he then sent me loads of cars, I then went back a few days after and he showed me the ones that he had sent me.

The Ford Fiesta that I got as my first car from Birchwood has been all fine. Its ideally what I wanted, I thought it was a good size for my first car, and it was what I wanted I went to a few other places however this one was the best one. The people there have been all good I had my wheel bearing done the other day and they’ve been good. Dean who I spoke with on the day was all good, if I messaged him about anything that I need help with he always had the answers and would get back to me or tell me to bring the car in for him to have a look at.

Previously have brought from Birchwood so decided to go back when I was looking for a new car. I came across the Ford Focus as I wanted a new car, I needed something bigger and it fitted everything that I wanted. Spoke to Royden who was good, I would visit them again if I need a new car again.

I went to Birchwood not really having any car in mind but the Renault Kadjar was the best one I thought out of all the available options, so I picked that one. On the day I spoke to Roy who was all good, he was very helpful and he wanted me to get the best value for my money that I could get.

Really am loving the BMW 2 series that I got from Birchwood Motor Centre. I wasn’t specifically looking for that kind of car but then it caught my eye and I just fell in love with it. I saw it originally online and then I went down the next day to have a look at it. I spoke with Jamie on the day, he was really nice and was easy to talk to and is really good at what he does to be fair. Will go back 100% if I need a new car in the future.
