I have been using Birchwood for many years and have gotten to know the team quite well. Honestly, I could never complain—Birchwood is just fantastic. Without a doubt, everyone is always professional and knows what they’re doing. I recently purchased my first-ever electric vehicle (Tesla Model 3). I was skeptical at first about going electric, but I've been really enjoying it. I couldn’t rate Birchwood highly enough.

My daughter and I recently purchased an A1 from Birchwood Motor Centre and although there was an issue with the tyres and we needed them replacing Jamie got us booked in and sorted this for us with urgency. The service he provided was great and my daughter loves the car. Overall I am pleased with the experience.

I saw the BMW 1 Series advertised online and went to view it in person at Birchwood. The car was as described, and pictures were sent to me beforehand by Tej at the dealership, as it had just come online. I am really enjoying the car—no problems whatsoever. Very happy with the service received at Birchwood. The staff were all so lovely and nice; I didn’t feel like anyone was pushy. I mainly dealt with Kelvin and another man, who, as mentioned, were both so polite. I went for a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer, and I am very happy with it so far. I use it most days to get to work, and I’ve had no issues. It took me about 30 minutes to get to Birchwood, and I’ve driven past when on my way to work before. I saw the car advertised on AutoTrader, and I am pleased with my decision on both the dealership and the vehicle.

Really good customer service down at Birchwood. I remember speaking to Luke during my purchase and he was really helpful - answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have already sent my Brother-in-law to take a look at their cars as he is in the market!
