Dean is always on the ball and provides the very best customer service. If we have ever had an issue, it gets sorted quickly with no messing around. They are a very reliable and trustworthy dealership. With my most recent vehicle, I realised once I got home that the aerial was missing. I called up and it was ordered and delivered to us within a day. That is the kind of service that keeps us coming back again and again. Thank you for all the amazing service over the years.

My daughter has had 2 cars from here already, I was really pleased with the experience I have had. Jamie was nothing but helpful. He is really friendly and wasn't pushy for a sale. I would say that Birchwood is now a trusted dealership to me. The car I got I have used a lot already and not one problem has come up so I am really pleased.

Was undecided between a Ford Edge or a Ford Kuga, as we live very local we decided to pop in onway home , The Kuga we wanted to see had’nt been delivered there yet but noticed a Ford Edge for sale, Whilst looking over it Jamie the salesman approached and said do you want to have a look inside aswell which we did, So he let us look around it and inside with no pressure at all which was very nice as lots of dealerships hassle you ! After a little while he said we could test drive it on the cardrome behind which is a private learn to drive course by ourselves so once again no pressure which is great, And to take as long as we like and for both myself and my partner to drive it to see how we both feel in it ! The car drove great and we felt this was the car for us so we took it back and sat down with jamie to do the deal ! The front tyres were a little low we pointed out and without hesitation he said he’ll have two new tyres put on for free ! My partner is now thinking of buying a new car so we will definately seeing if Birchwood have something suitable and using them again for our next purchase ! Thanks Guy’s !
