Came four hours to see the car having asked questions about condition etc On arrival car dirty, lots of touching up done especially on wheels to cover rust and damage, car making strange noises when engine turned on, scratches all over the car and not told about these despite specially asking. Before I came I asked for pics about a mark I saw on car bumper and they deliberately sent me photos with snow covering that spot until I specifically asked. I asked for my deposit back and they refused. The owner has no idea of service, I would avoid this company at all cost as they are all mouth and no trousers. Dishonest people. It’s cost me £200 in deposit and travel to see something that they have misled me about and they are still insisting it’s in good condition despite me showing them and me taking photos.
I brought a Peugeot estate from the Birmingham Car Centre and was not ready when I went to collect it. It did not have warranty which I now know is illegal .however did get money knocked off price.all paperwork correct.my advice to them is put customers first and run the business properly and it can become a gold mine.get rid of this layback anything will do attitude.customers make a business look after them.
Complete disaster so far. The car was advertised with MOT, it actually did not have any. I was supposed to travel 4 hours away by train on Friday to collect the car, which we agreed a week before. The car was taken to MOT on Thursday, the day before! And it failed! I did not take the train on Friday (not refundable) as I definitely did not want to be stuck overnight there. Still no news of MOT since so I am glad I did not go to spend 4 nights in hotel there! My last 4 or 5 emails received no reply and my 3 last texts either. Very poor organisation and customer service so far but I hope they are just extremely busy and not dishonest. I hope they will fix this mess. I keep you updated! Check my next feedback!
I had a really nice experience purchasing my Lexus from Birmingham Car Centre. It was in great condition when I received it and so far I have had no major problems, just a little rattle noise but i'll be getting that checked, i think I have 3 months warranty. I am very happy and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
