You were lucky to have read the reviews about this unscrupulous car dealer before spending your hard earned money on a piece of worthless junk. Unfortunately I never. What a shark!
When we bought the car the MOT picked up no issues however a year since having the car. The amount of major issues which has caused it to fail are huge. It has cost £500 to fix. The mechanic has stated there is no way the failures would not have been advisories on the previous MOT. Unreliable MOT from the sales person at Birmingham Motor Sales.

Bought a car from Birmingham Motor Sales, so many issues I couldn't use it and was unsafe for my kids. brought it back 5 times in 7 days. Wouldn't accept it back. Said if I left it with them (even though im entitled to "right to reject" which came into legistlation in Oct 2015) it would cost me £7.50 per day!!!! They have the car and have given no refund!!!!
Went to look at a car that was for sale at Birmingham Motor Sales UK. There was a fault that the dealer has refused to fix unless a deposit has been left. Not about to pay a deposit on a car that I cannot test drive. Car seems honest and genuine but the dealer does not.

The man at birmingham Motor Sales was a great bloke, his customer service was excellent, he explained everything, told me about the car and was very honest. He pointed out any issues with the car and knocked the price down accordingly, he's expanding his business now has a proper forecourt, I'd happily buy from him again.
