Fantastic dealership. The guys at Blackburns looked after me from the second I stepped on to the forecourt. Super friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. They gave me a fair and probably generous offer on my part ex. They made time to chat and get to know me and made sure I left happy with the car I really wanted. Purchased a very nice BMW from Blackburns, clean well maintained example, all history and service as stated. Staff were approachable friendly and professional, communication from start to finish was spot on. The day of collection was excellent, smooth handover with no issues at all, full valeted car in and out with 1/4 of a tank of fuel. Brilliant service start to finish would 100% recommend, will be back in the future.

I put my car up for sale on Motorway, Blackburns bided for it at a good price, The next day they contacted me confirming the price then called to inspect the vehicle at the agreed time and date. They confirmed the offer after inspecting and road testing the car and then agreed the purchase. The money was transferred into my back account within 1 minute. All in all very good service from Blackburns. I should add that the guy who came to inspect the vehicle was most helpful and explained everything to me. Well done Blackburns UK.
Maybe a lesson to other car sales places no pushy sales people very pleasant experience from the start to the finish. Ian was the sales guy who dealt with us he was first class!!

On first meeting with Matt we found him to be very nice approachable guy, He made us at ease , not pushy but very helpful and answered any questions we asked. On delivery of the car from Steve who was also helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to sort any little problems we had, It was so refreshing to meet someone "who actually did what they said they were going to do" ! Would not hesitate to buy another car from them , thank you both very much for making our purchase smooth and stress free !
