We were just over to Blackpool on a little break and came across a CRV at Blackpool Honda . The way were met by Chris one of the sales team was brilliant . He put us at ease and explained the benefits of the Honda approved program and before we knew it he had got the keys and brought the car round and invited us to have a little drive . when we came back we decided it was just the car for us , Chris appraised our car and the deal was fantastic . He did what was promised and got the car ready for an unforgettable handover . Had a really bad experience with Blackpool Honda and would not recommend this garage to anyone. After test driving a Honda Jazz I wanted to buy it. During the negotiations they had priced the car incorrectly by £2500. It should have been £13995 not £11495. They were prepared to reduce the car by £250. I then found the same car and J and J motors in Wales for £11495. I reserved the car informed Blackpool Honda I would prefer to buy locally. The manager told me that his line manager would sort things out. I told him I would no longer reserve the car in Wales. The line manager phoned me up and knew nothing about the reserved car or the conversation the manager had had with me. He was prepared to reduce their Honda by £500 meaning it was still £2000 dearer than the one I had reserved. For me, Honda has operated unethically and with a complete disregard for customer relations. I have been mislead throughout the experience.

The salesman who dealt with the entire process of purchasing new car and p/x was Louie Griffin. He went out of his way to help me via email and phone and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and polite at all times...can definitely reccomend
