I purchased a Seat Ibiza from this garage in April. I'll confess to not know much about cars but I had a really positive experience at this garage. The customer service provider by Thomas Adams, one of the customer experience managers, was fantastic. He took his time to show me the vehicle options and then went through the finance carefully, explaining the optional extras. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy and let me make the decision in my own time. His after sales care was also excellent. He answered all my calls promptly, arranged collection of the vehicle ahead of time, and assisted me with changing ml my cherished plate. This was in such stark contrast to the experience I had at a local rival dealership who was more concerned about selling me various optional policies and protection cover rather than the car itself. I couldn't recommend Thomas enough for his excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this garage if you are considering a seat for your next vehicle.

I saw what I considered to be my perfect Cupra 300 held at Blackpool Seat. On that same day I placed my interest I had received a call and a video of the car within the hour. Everything was explained, no 'pushy' sales tactic, very honest and eager to make a deal. We negotiated a price on my part exchanged and within 2 weeks the car had been delivered to me. Delivery had actually arrived earlier than expected, so less time spent waiting around. Car was to a used Seat standard. Car drives like new and I am glad I purchased my dream hatchback from a really good dealer. I would recommend to all.
