It has all been good with the BMW 7 Series. I was recommended to Blackstone by a friend, and after my experience, I would have no problems recommending to others.

Other than a small issue with the windscreen washer, the car has been running well, and my experience was pretty good overall. I'd definitely use them again in the future even though there's a bit of a distance from me.

I was really enjoying my Mercedes — until someone recently reversed into it which was so frustrating! We’ve always dealt with main dealers in the past because we like having the backup of a warranty and aftersales support, so I felt a bit nervous buying from a smaller independent. The facilities weren’t quite what we’re used to but I must say, the team themselves were excellent. The car was exactly as described in the listing and they went through everything clearly and thoroughly. The only slight disappointment was that the car could have been valeted to a higher standard, but overall the guys were great and I wouldn’t say no to shopping here again. They also provided a warranty and AA cover which really helped put my mind at ease. All in all — four stars.

Blackstone Motors were absolutely fantastic! A gentleman called me within 15 minutes of me making my enquiry which was really great! I was actually quite surprised as it was quite late into the night which I found even more impressive.

Brought my stunning bmw m4 competition convertible from Blackstone. On arrival it was a first class experience guys were friendly not at all pushy very relaxed. Car was presented immaculately was given all the information about car after a successful test drive purchased the car. Then arrange to come back and collect On arrival again greeted in a very friendly professional manner car was all under a wrap which I personally removed so a great touch car looked amazing These guys really make the difference from the normal car sales experience . As my third Rolls-Royce, this one’s considerably more modern than my last. That one was 42 years old and had just 11,000 miles on the clock. My new Dawn is night and day — I’ve still not figured out all the features, but I’m really pleased with it. The chaps at Blackstone Motors were fabulous. I had an unexpected delay caused by banking limits but they were good enough to wait until midnight for me to complete the purchase once everything refreshed. I treated them to a curry for staying so late, and I’d say their service was as close to perfect as it could’ve been.

Initially I had an issue with rain water collecting in the footwell of my F-Pace, so I returned it to Blackstone for them help find and resolve the leak. I guess I found it slightly frustrating that I had to return the car in the first place, and the communication and timings could've been better. They got the job done though and the car's been fine since,
