I exchanged a car with Blackstone Motors and then purchased another from them. They were totally professional, gave me an excellent offer for the car I was selling, delivered my new car to Suffolk because of my health issues and assisted me with the paperwork. I cannot praise them enough for everything and would totally recommend them !!

Recently purchased a BMW, I am still very happy with it, such a lovely car, it drives great. for the service I have to say it was great, staff were super helpful and communication was spot-on. 5/5 all the way.

Could not be happier! I am so pleased with my new vehicle, I went for a Mercedes-benz SL400. It is such a great car. The weather has also been super ideal after we purchased, so been able to get a good feel for the car already. The customer service was equally as impressive, full stars all around!!!

I am very pleased with my new vehicle, I went with a Porsche Taycan, now I am pretty clued up on my cars already, however I do feel it would have been nice to have a handover with a salesperson going over the the features of the car and explaining what does what, just to pass that knowledge on. Apart from this I cannot fault the dealership, i didn't feel i was waiting around, the vehicle was valetted and I haven't had any issues with it.

Great cars, low mileage and full service history

Put a deposit on a car over the phone, arrived ahead of agreed time, I asked some questions which were answered honestly. Unfortunately this meant the car wouldn’t suit my needs. We came to an agreement on a near identical car which although was at a higher list, Omar and Ahmed honoured my purchase price even on the higher price car. The car needed prep and MOT, all turned around in a few hours. Exceptional customer service and all round great people to deal with. I really appreciated the service I received, love the car 2000 miles in, would definitely buy from yourselves again and would have another Taycan. Car I was interested in was not there (my fault as I just turned up) however they went and collected it from main dealer where pre sale checks had just been carried out. On return cleaned it before going out on a test drive. The premises are basic but importantly their cars are competitively priced. Happy to pick me up from local train station when I went back to collect it. Would certainly consider buying from them again.

Kevin acted very professionally & made it a very smooth process, very easy to work with. Also had a parrot to keep me company!
