Service was good when buying from the team at Blackstone, and everything is alright with the vehicle apart from a part of the trim that needed replacing. I'd give them a solid 5 out of 5.

Really happy with the service I received from Blackstone when buying my new car. I dealt with Omar who was helpful and organised a body kit and service before collection. When there was an issue a few months after collection they resolved it under warranty and gave a me a courtesy car to use in the meantime.

My vehicle is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with it. There has been a delay in receiving the V5. However, the staff have been apologetic and were really helpful and friendly during the initial purchase. Overall, I am very pleased with both the service and the car.

Around a month after my purchase, I had an issue with the boot pin which fell off. I took it back and they repaired it for me free of charge. It really should have been the Mercedes garage who fixed this, but they didn’t want to, so Blackstone took it on and helped me out. We initially agreed to split the cost half and half, but when I went to collect the car, he told me it took him no time at all and didn’t make me pay. It is this type of service that makes a dealership memorable and better than others.
