5 - Excellent communication (particularly after sales) and car is great. You can tell it's a family business as the service is much more personal. We have never ordered a car for delivery without seeing it, but so far, would definitely buy from Bob Davies again.

Laidback experience at Bob Davies, the guy I dealt with provided fantastic service, very helpful and polite. There was no pressure on the sale. It was ready by the time we had arranged. I came across the dealership while looking through AutoTrader, the van was as described and as pictured, no misleading advertising. I would give Bob Davies a 5.

The customer service was first class, they were really helpful, everything went fine. I had some private plates I wanted to change over and they did this for me free of charge which was appreciated. The car itself I am pleased with, it drives great. Everything seems to be going well. Really nice dealership with nice, good people.

I'd definitely recommend Bob Davies Car Sales because nothing was too much trouble for our salesman and there was a good selection of vehicles to choose from even though I only wanted a small automatic. Although most cars are outside there was plenty of room to walk around and salesman was happy that vehicle could have been taken inside for warmer viewing if required. All in all it was a pleasant non-pressurised experience and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

My Husband and I went to the dealership together to purchase a Nissan X-Trail. There wasn't any waiting around, they made sure everything was prepared in a good timeframe. We did take it for a test drive and again that all really good, we felt the route was long enough. the staff were friendly and really nice to deal with. We have no complaints and would most certainly recommend this dealership!

Everything has been fine so far. The staff at the dealership were really friendly, they even picked me up from the station which is always appreciated. The van itself was all prepared in a reasonable time frame. I haven't had any issues so far so I would rate 5 out of 5.
