It was my first time visiting the guys at Bob's in Ebbw Vale and I'm sure it wont be my last visit. I had a really good experience with them, my Aygo has been such a good car since buying it and very reliable up to now, its a lovely size and simple to use. The team were fantastic during the sale, everything they did was organised and in a timely manner as well. I have already recommended to a few peers of mine!

I would happily buy another car from Bob Davies again (when I am looking to trade in my Mercedes). They were such a helpful bunch and made it a really streamline process. Nothing was too over complicated, just very simple and quick. I have left my review so other people can see how good this dealership!

It is so nice to finally find a dealership that is customer orientated and not just out for every penny. The people at Bob Davies Car Sales really care for you and do everything they can to ensure you are 100% happy before leaving their site. When purchasing the car it couldn't have been easier for me, a very easy and direct sale. A week or so after the sale I noticed the tyres could be in a better shape, I called up and nothing was a problem. I took my car back to them, they got the tyres sorted for me within an hour or so, and even gave me a full tank of fuel in my car as I had travelled from Cardiff. I can't put into words how pleased I was when discovering this, it was such a generous thing to do that really touched me. Everyone was so polite, really easy to talk to and were just so approachable. Bob Davies Car Sales are the most genuine dealership I have ever been to, and are definitely worth those few extra miles of travel!

About 6 weeks into owning my Peugeot I had a problem with one of the sensors so rang up Bob Davies where I got it from and they got me booked in with the mechanic right away. There was no fuss or hassle. just told me to bring it down when I can. They were all really nice salesmen throughout every part of the sale, I cannot fault them one bit!

I chose the Renault Twingo that Bob Davies had in stock and ever since driving away I haven't stopped smiling. It is such a brilliant car and runs ever so smoothly! During the viewing I noticed a few marks that I wanted sorting and they were more than happy to do for me, really happy with that aspect as well. I will be more than happy to recommend too others, they were just fantastic!

I have absolutely nothing to worry about with my Fiat 500, it is a lovely car and is so easy to drive! I also really appreciate the fuel consumption the car has, a full tank lasts me nearly two weeks, its brilliant!! Everyone at the dealership who I dealt with was so lovely, they are a very nice dealership to buy from and one that I will definitely be visiting again!

Bought a car, both Lisa and Paul were so accommodating and helpful. Smooth process, got a bodywork issue on the car sorted for us, and now you would never even be able to tell that there was a problem there. The car was ready quickly and there was absolutely no pressure felt as sometimes you get with car sales people. Overall really good experience, would definitely use again.

Great service provided from beginning to end. From the moment we first contacted Bob Davies the whole team was more than helpful. I was pretty impressed with how much knowledge the staff have of all the cars, their functions, spec, details, they have certainly done their homework! It was a simple and straight forward transaction and everything was finalised extremely quickly, there was no hanging around and everything they said they would do, was done. I will definitely be recommending this garage to others, by far the easiest car purchase I've made.

The customer service from everybody at Bob Davies in Ebbw Vale was second to none, they were brilliant from the get go and were very nice guys, I have never received such good customer service when buying anything never mind a car. I really appreciate everything they did for me, my Ibiza is brilliant and is better than I ever imagined it. My experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end, I highly highly recommend going to these for your next buy!

I cannot find a single fault with any part of my new purchase. I found a Vauxhall Mokka and it fitted perfectly for what I wanted. I couldn't not buy it, and I'm glad I did, it is a great car and has been very reliable up to now. I thought it was in great condition for a second hand car as well, it was really clean and tidy with minimal wear and tear. The guys were fantastic, they were really helpful and did everything they could for me and MORE. I highly recommend and will happily shop here again!
