I recently picked up my car from Bob Davies Car Sales in Ebbw Vale. When I went to look at my BMW in December until I arranged to pick it up the sales team were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and reassuring in every way. They kept in touch with us on a regular basis with updates on the arrival of the new vehicle, I would highly recommend them for what was a very enjoyable and a stress free experience getting my new car. On pick up of the vehicle everything was very smoothly dealt with, the hand over was great, I was shown round the car and I was explained everything in a very professional way. I recently bought my Honda CR-V from Bob Davies Cars based in Ebbw Vale. I am really happy with the car but one thing I would like to mention is that the car is absolutely filthy after a month of owning it because of all this bad weather we've had recently. I'm either going to have to get another can of showroom shine or take it to a carwash, I thought this would be part of the aftercare service, a weekly clean would be nice maybe? or with all the modern technology we have these days you would think that the car would have a self clean function with all the other gadgets that are in the car which are taking me ages to get use to. All joking aside the car is actual bloody brilliant and i'm over the moon with it. As for the service I received from here it was second to none. I would highly recommend these and I would happily use these again for my next car purchase.

I had an amazing experience with my car purchase from this dealer. It was a really smooth process, they were up front about every detail of the car I purchased and they were very knowledgeable when it came to the journey of purchasing. A lot of people in the car sales industry have very little integrity in my experience but I can tell that the guys at this garage had my best interests at heart. I could not be more pleased with either the car purchased or the service which I received from Bob Davies Car Sales. Malcolm obviously takes great personal pride in the presentation of all of his cars & nothing was too much trouble. There was no hard selling involved and i'm really pleased with my Ford Kuga.

I purchased my Vauxhall Mokka from here in December 2023. I was not pushed at all into the purchase, Craig explained everything to me including the day and time the vehicle could be collected. This process was extremely smooth and his customer service was amazing! I had a clutch issue with the car over Christmas, I telephoned the garage and spoke to the mechanic Jordan who when I arrived at the garage was waiting for me. He checked it straightaway, highlighted the problem and booked it in for the New Year. There was a slight delay with the parts, however, I was updated daily and whoever I spoke to they were open, honest and very professional they put me at ease. They were even very apologetic for the delay and were very reassuring. Despite this, the repair work was completed. I picked the car up and the repairs were fully explained to me and that they were covered under warranty. Again this process was excellent and very reassuring. I will no doubt purchase another vehicle from here and would highly recommend them and their exceptional customer service from not just Craig, but all the staff including the mechanics. Thank you all!

Craig and Paul from Bob Davies Car Sales who looked after me whilst I was buying my Hyundai from they were very good, I have no complaints whatsoever, they were genuinely very easy to deal with and very accomodating. I got to take the car for a test drive before I went ahead and made the commitment to buy it which was really good because this gave me a good feel for the cars performance and handling and to make sure it was the right car for me. It was a five star service and I would certainly shop here again and recommend these to others.

I have used Bob Davies Car Sales before and so has my son and grandson and we have always been happy with the service. My most recent purchase from here was for a Peugeot and i'm well pleased with it, I did have as slight problem with the petrol gage, I spoke to a mechanic at Bob Davies who told me it could be airlocked so to give it a few days and when I top up with petrol again it should be sorted which was certainly the case so I am really pleased again with the service from here. I will be back again when I need another car and I highly recommend these to anyone reading this review and thinking to themselves should I give this dealer a try, I can confidently say that you should do.
