Please dont buy anything from Botley Car Centre. Believe me! The experience will be at best traumatic. From my experience the cars are at best mediocre and after care is dire. If you do decide to buy a car from them god forbid. Then try to get any after sales service.

Very pleasant people but problems identified with the car before purchase and promised to be fixed turned out to be patched over rather than fixed in the way I expected. Get full details of proposed fixes in writing or get caught out. Also before you visit, insist on getting the Document reference number from V5C registration certificate so you can check the MOT history on

in may 2013, I bought a diesel 2.0l jaguar from Botley garage, it was the biggest mistake I have ever made, I took out finance of £4995. the problems began from day 1, the heating & air con system was jammed and it stunk of diesel, so I took it straight back,upon returning home since then I have had to replace the following out of my own pocket as the warranty company refused on the grounds of wear & tear... the alternator,the front suspension collapsed, starter motor, water pump leaked, rear suspension mounts and bushes, all four Injectors at a cost of £1,500 off side drive shaft, seat belt stalk to name but a few, all of which they state they cover. I will never use any of the dealerships they are linked to ever again & I advise you to do the same.

We are very sorry to hear about your problems Sir! We always recommend coming back to our workshops with any issue you may have whilst within the warranty period. If the warranty company do not cover something we always offer parts and labour at trade rates and can provide a loan vehicle whilst the work is being carried out.
