Amazing service from start to finish nothing was too much trouble it was lovely to come across a car dealership that was not pushy but were very friendly and helpful Would recommend anyone to buy a car from them and will return when I need a new one

All I can say is if you buy a car from this dealer you want hope it does not go wrong in the warranty period, law states if you have a fault and you do not trust the car within 30 days you can demand your money back, afraid boss man Graig does not like standing by his legal requirements... Advice to any potential customer is stear well clear...a very two faced man that only deals in his terms...and has a tendency to feed you with bull @@@@...

Disgusting company. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Craig is an aggressive, arrogant liar. Do not trust this company. Been shouted at and hung up on multiple times, absolute disgraceful way to speak to customers. I no doubt expect I will get a sarcastic reply to this negative review, as Craig can't ever admit he is wrong. He is a narcissist. Take a look at his other replies and you'll see how he always has an answer. Never buy a car from here.

Arranged to view used Volvo. Craig was very helpful,arranged test drive, traded in,agreed price, no pressure,no hassle. Collected car from Nigel a couple of days later. He sorted tax, checked i was happy with everything before i drove off. Great !
