Got my car from here about 3 years ago. Great staff and always helpful. I take my car to them for it's mot and service and the lads in the garage are great. Great service all round

All very rushed, told when leaving with it "if you get any speeding or parking fines for us ignore it," problems within 20 mins of leaving but they were now closed, boot floor missing but present in photos! Ignored facebook messages showing photos of missing floor and always told salesman that sold me the car was with a customer when I called and never received a call back after reporting issues with missing boot floor, juddering brakes (pads worn at an angle and discs all worn and corroded), puncture in one tyre and tread very low. Best to avoid Braunstone Crossroads, I shall be contacting trading standards!

Braunstone Crossroads Motors sold me a vehicle on finance, stopped me from carrying out checks and assured me that checks were carried out prior to me travelling from london. He gave me his word and told me to contact him in case of any issues. On reaching home, park assist shown Fault on the dashboard, parking sensors were all faulty and when I phoned to return it, he asked me to take it for them to look at at. On reaching there, they claimed that I had hit the car and that's why parking sensors and park assist were not working. They all started shouting that let me to call the Police as I felt threatened. Please avoid.

I recently purchased an Audi A6 s-line in silver from Braunstone Crossroads Motors and I have to say this car is immaculate in every way, I asked for a new timing belt and rear tyres to be fitted before I purchased it and without hesitation it was agreed ( £225 for timing belt and rear tyres f.o.c), after I drove it back home to Halifax I noticed a small trim missing from the fog light and again without hesitation the lads agreed for me to take it to my local Audi dealer to get the part fitted which I did and the lads from BCM paid for the work doing over the phone, Suberb to deal, a big thank you to John and Steph, Ian of Halifax

I purchased an Avensis. There was an issue with the car. Did Braunstone motors resolve the issue for me? Absolutely, with in 3 days the issue it was sorted to my satisfaction. These guys went above and beyond there responsibilities as a trader. Just bought a mini cooper diesel from BCM. Great little car at great price. Had 1 small issue which they sorted without any fuss. Would be happy to deal with them again and to recommend them to others.

Found it strange not to have a sevice record book with car instead got a A4 pint out with no garage stamps to prove of any servicing sales person said thats all you proberly get with some cars nowadays,but checked with bmw they said you should have a service record book with the car,so had to order a replacment book frm bmw,not a good sales pitch from braudstone,
