This is an email that I have just sent to the operations director at Honda Brayley Enfield. My father purchased a Honda Civic on the 24 November. The salesperson was Anthony Christodoulou. My father used Honda for financing of the deal. When we were at your site Anthony spoke to the finance manager and said to us “good news the finance will be 4.9%/ 5%”. On the test drive I spoke about the finance and the 4.9% and Anthony said it would be 5%. My father signed the finance agreement without reading it, he is a 76 year old pensioner. When he received the agreement through the post the paperwork showed the interest at 5.6%. I sent an email to Anthony on 02 December and he replied asking where I got the monthly repayment figure from. I then spoke to his manager Paulo Rubinia on the 03 December in the morning and explained the above. I pointed out there was no middle ground here for mishearing what Anthony said about the finance percentage as he said 4.9% / 5%. I asked Paulo to ask Anthony why he lied to my father and I about the percentage and come back to me. Paulo called me on the 04 December in the morning and said the charge for the finance is 5.6%. I asked him what Anthony had said when asked about lying about the percentage he had quoted and Paulo said he hadn`t asked him. The previous days conversation revolved around Anthony lying, yet Paulo said he didn`t ask him about the accusation? I reiterated the previous days conversation and asked him to ask Anthony about his Lying and to call me back. Paulo said he would. I am still waiting for Paulo to call me. (11 December) Since purchasing the car I have already had to bring it back (on day 3)to have the tailgate light fixed. The glass was coming away at the bottom and another light was chipped. I believe it left the showroom in this condition. I have acted naively in trusting a Honda approved dealer. Safety is of paramount importance so I am arranging for the AA to fully service the car. I hope the AA report does not contradict the Honda Brayley report. Anthony also said there was one previous owner. I received the log book yesterday and this says there have been two previous owners. Did Honda Brayley register as an owner of the vehicle? The way my father and myself have been treated by Honda Brayley is extremely unethical and unprofessional. My father will be registering a complaint with Honda finance today. Please can you come back to me with a reply to the above.

im being nice by describing them how i have. i bought a car from Brayley Honda in Enfield, yes a used car but only 1.5 years old so i asked for remedial work as part of the deal... i.e. refurb the alloys, colour in the stone chips. make it look a little presentable. they sell things like the jack and spare wheel seperately having taken them in as part of a px i.e. on ebay! if you use these lot make sure you get everything in writing. tell you one thing during a test drive to get a sale then when you go home and research they say oh it was a genuine mistake! well these mistakes are in relation to material facts which a buyer decides on i.e. the Euro standards of a diesel engine given the imminent ULEZ. Ignore emails once sale concluded. i will be complaining to Honda UK and their customer service. Rude bast@rds when it comes to customer service. wont be going back to them soon! wont be recommending them either.

I have been driving LL16 plate honda Civic and bought it brand new from Brayley Honda Enfield. It was painfull from day one. It doesnt drive well at all. I am not really good with engine and everything so I relied on friend and sales team. The can I drive is 1.4 and it doesnt want to move at all. I remember I raced with an old red postmans van and he passed my car. Mini, ford everything I have to give way. I am talking to other can manufacturers now to get out of this pain... Obviously I paid for my mistake. It is a real pain I suffer everyday.

I went to Brayley Honday in Enfield for a last min MOT.. was in total panic mode as I had very little time to get my car sorted. Service manager Lee Dawson was amazing and provided all the information and Service I needed! I received a "Nothing is too much Trouble" service from the team... Amazing Staff!! Definitely recommend everyone to use their services!

Bought new CR-V from Enfield. Excellent from looking, discussing and buying our car from Chris. This continued after we had collected our car and needed to contact them. Couldn’t praise our sales rep enough. We felt we were given time and listened to, all questions were answered. Well done as we haven’t always received such care when we have purchased cars over the years

I was contacted by Honda UK, as I was required to undertake some recall works namely replacement of both driver & passenger airbag sensors... After the works were carried out the very first journey undertook my car broke down ... I lost power assisted steering and the EPS light was on... I contacted them and they refused to take any responsibility... Eventually I convinced them to look at the car... They said that a bolt had snapped in the process of sensor replacement and the steering wheel needed to be replaced...it took them an additional 2 weeks to do this... Got my car from them after the additional works ... Went to Brayley to collect the car ... EPS light still on still no power assisted steering...finally collected my car the next day... Drove my car for a week...seemed ok then was on the M25... Driving a 60mph with my two children aged 4 & 2 years old...then without warning lost steering...thankful managed to control the car...took the car back to brayley ...after a week they diagnosed that the steering rack had failed... But refused to take any responsibility for this ...concluding that the failure of the steering rack was not related to the original recall works... They quoted me £2,200 to change out the steering rack...despite my complaints they refused to do anything about it... All through the process I got inconsistent information ...no one person took responsibility for my car...they left my car in a very dangerous way...with potentially fatal consequences ...moreover they managed to take my perfectly excellent working car and reduce it to a wreck beyond economic repair... I have now started to instigate legal action ... Thank you Brayley Honda for your wonderful service ... You have been warned avoid this dealership at all costs!

Bought a car from them in Enfield.Was reasured out as a one owner vehicle.The car was 2 years old.When the log book arrived i was the third owner.When i called to complain i was ignored and no one returned my calls.Shocking experience

Have to start this review by saying Brayley Honda are amazing. The dealer was extremely helpful and he kept me up to date with everything. From start to finish the service was great. I had a slight problem with the windscreen wiper in which i took back the the dealership and it was fixed straight away with no cost to myself. The dealer knocked the price of the car down for me,without even asking. I have already recommended Brayley Honda to family and friends and will carry on doing so.
