I went to look at a Ford C-Max and a couple of Peugeot 3008s at their site and was greeted with courtesy and shown where the cars were on the site, its fairly crammed. The cars hadn't been cleaned yet and that's just how I like to see a car I'm going to buy because I'm able to see how the previous owner looked after it (or not). I decide that the C-Max could be for me but as there was only one salesman available at the time I booked a test drive for the next day. Sure enough the car was out ready and a salesman called Luke came with me for the test drive. As there wasn't another C-Max available anywhere I decided to buy it. I found that that Luke was helpful friendly and not at all pushy. We came to an agreement fair to both and closed the deal there and then. He agreed to have the car ready the next Saturday at 1.00 pm and promised to have it looking good and to replace a couple of 'bits' in the car. Again the car was ready, looking good, polished and clean but the 'bits' were on order and as soon as they arrived he would ring. Hmmm I thought. Will he? I reminded him via email a week later and a few days later he rang to say they had arrived and to just call in, which I did. So from all of that I feel the purchase went well and would recommend Luke and Bridge End Motors. It's now two months since I bought the car and I'm still happy.

Just been to view a 2011 meriva 1.4 with 781 miles from new and not impressed, the car was covered in bird crap and the roof was also covered in green slime not a good first impression, looks like the car had not moved for months when the salesman was asked how long the car was standing there he said its only been there a week. I said to him no chance, more like months. I just turned round and left as an ex car salesman myself i know how important cleaning and making a car look its best on first impressions is if you want a sale this salesman could not give a dam and should be looking for a another job. Come on guys get your act together if you want to sell cars.

I bought a Ford Focus back in August. The car was in immaculate condition and the dealers were helpful but unfortunately I am still waiting for a parcel shelf that I was promised would be sent. based on that I wouldn't recommend them.

I bought a car form this dealership in June. They were very unhelpful, misleading about the deposit and pretty shady about it. I have not had any issues with the car up to now but even if i did while it was in warranty I wouldn't go back to them.

In May I bought a Peugeot from this dealership. There were a few very minor issues with it but I work in the trade and know I got a good deal and the service was of a high standard. I would fully recommend.
Great service very happy with the car and great price already when said no problems whatsoever. Would recommend people to check out this garage !
I found the assistance at Bridge End Motors to be dated, and no flexibility or personality on display . 2 old school car dealers is how I would describe them.
Had my focus over a year now and all is well. Brilliant service from bridge end I will definitely use them again

Still going well now with my Renault G Modus. It went well it honestly did when i bought the car, the biggest thing for me is not having any issues to report, so touch wood that continues. I will say i recommend as I have put above

Bridge End Motors has been a family run used car dealership since 1953. Not only do they have plenty of experience in the industry but they also have a great variety of cars in stock too. Renault, Ford and Fiat are all featured in their stock sold on site and add into this that they have finance, part exchange, warranties and servicing on site and you have a complete car dealer.
