Not very happy with dealership at moment. The clutch went on our car on new years eve and we had to be towed by RAC back to Cannock. After looking at the car we were informed the replacement part would be another week but no courtesy car was available for us in the meantime. We have now been told it could be another 6/8 weeks before the part arrives and still no availability of a courtesy car during this time. I'm surprised that a dealership this size can't help to find us a courtesy car. As my husband and I are in our 60/70's its no joke not having the availability of transport, particularly as public transport is limited. As this is going to be taking a long time for the car to be back on the road, it's going to be an impossible few weeks with no transport. .Definitely NOT happy!!

I was pleased with Brindley Honda Cannock and would recommend them because they looked after us throughout the process of purchasing car ( Nissan Qashqai Tekna 2018) from them. They provided all the information we requested without any delay. Sales executive Luke Butler was very professional and always ready to help. He definitely deserves a promotion.

i am very pleased with the service from honda brindley cannock ,the part ex price was fair and the car i purchased was fair .i did have to take the car back to them for a slight problem but was soon sorted ,the after sales service is five star.thanks to andy and stuart and all the staff for a great service .i would recommend this company to any one .

I am really happy with my Honda from Brindley Honda Cannock. have had no problems at all and its great value for money. The dealers have been really helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend them. the cart was spotless when I received it and in amazing condition.

Everything was perfect, I couldn't fault any part of the service, the car is still going forwards and backwards with relative ease. When I've ran this car into the ground I'll be going straight back to Brindley Garages for another.

There was a small issue with the mileage of the car not being as advertised but they did compensate me for the issue, the car itself has had no problems to date so no complaints there. 4 stars for Brindley Honda on account of the discrepancy with the mileage.
