I purchased a used Mazda 3 from Jobie recently. I've tried to find fault with his dealings with me and failed miserably - he was excellent in all departments and is a credit to the company. He deserves to go far. 11 out of 10.
I bought a Ford Ranger wildtrack from Bristol Street Motors ( Ford Bolton) and I cannot fault the sales rep Phil McNally one little bit. He was absolutely brilliant. The attention to detail about the vehicle he gave me and the communication was brilliant. He is a credit to the company and If you are in the business of buying a new car, or van please speak to Phil. He will sort out all your vehicle needs, even if you want to drive something a little bit different but not sure what! The after sales service did not let me down either, A follow up phone call to check in on my new motor and if everything was ok with it. I cannot fault this service from beginning to end. Well done and Thank you.

Appalling company. As a local business we has spent nearly £100.000 on Fleet vehicles with this local dealership. A fault with the media system has meant our vans being in and out the garage 5/6 times with the problem never being resolved despite it being a known fault!! Our van was in the garage on Wednesday as we were having to drive around with the reverse camera on. The van came out of the garage with the fault still there and a huge dint to the bonnet and damaged paint work. Despite CCTV showing no damage 5 minutes before the service, Ford and Bristol street are taking NO responsibility for the damage and have been rude and completely unprofessional. Terrible company
